This hotel was a great location for shopping and restaurants.

The service was great and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect. I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel was half the price with the same quality of service.

i stayed 3 nights for business: great place, great room, very clean, good price, great food options, great location, pleasant and helpful staff. my only frustration was that the room i stayed in was not entirely conducive to 2 people getting ready at the same time (bathroom not very large and no mirror outside of the bathroom). other than that - it was really great! (and i used to audit hotel rooms.)

A lovely adult oriented hotel close to some excellent restaurants and shopping, Easy walk to museums or historical sites. Would definitely return.
“Friendly AND convenient”
Better than I even expected: Huge room, really clean, great help, great location. Hubby and I are beer geeks and all the staff knew the best bars, gave great directions and insider tips. Gave only 4 for condition because still some obvious renovation going on, but did not affect quality of stay. Remembered us on a second trip. Hugely convenient for shopping/Chestnut St./ Rittenhouse Sq area. i would return in a moment.

“Great staff, great location - My new address in Philadelphia”
One of the most friendly desk staff I've ever met. It was great to feel welcome even though we arrived 10 AM in the morning, way before the checkin time. Location is excellent, area full of great restaurants and all major sites are at walking distance. Large room, well maintained and clean although the building is old and it shows its age in the bathroom/shower.
