“pleasant visit”
Great hotel
“It is a great hotel”
The Westin Philadelphia is one of the best hotel I visited. The location is perfect for a tour. The room I had, with a very big king bed, plenty of space and a very clean and confortable bathroom, was bigger than a studio apartment.
“I would highly recommend!!”
I went to this review with my boyfriend for a special occasion and it did not dissappoint. We were checked in and out quickly, and everyone at the hotel was super nice! The hotel is well within walking distance of everything which was very nice!
“not my choice, but a good choice”
it was a lovely hotel, with very nice staff. but in my opinion, there was nothing to justify the hefty price tag. i've had experiences just as nice that have cost me much less.
“Great location!”
Hotel is conveniently located near many fabulous restaurants and is easily accessible to the Phlash route.
“Comfortable, Accommodating, if a bit Disorganized”
Our room was very comfortable, with a great bed and comfortable furniture. We arrived late, but everyone was very friendly, and we decided to park the car using the valet because we were so tired. Since we never touched the car after arriving in Philly--and you don't need to, you're in the center of town--we got two days of valet parking for the price of one, making it actually not a totally outlandish expense. We also ordered incredibly expensive late night room service. (We calculated it was going to be $20 for a turkey wrap, with all the tips and fees!) They at first didn't deliver it to the right room, so when we called 25 minutes later, the wrap was there in five minutes and we weren't charged for it. Nice! The in-house restaurant City Grange is good and not that expensive, and you can tell everything is fresh.
“College Trip”
My son and I attended an open house for the University of the Arts and found the Westin Hotel as part of a travel package with our airfare. The price was very reasonable and the hotel was perfect! I would book this package again in a minute.
“The Westin made marathoners feel welcome and special”
Several people who participated in the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23, 2008 stayed at the Westin because it was walking distance to the event. We were greeted with a welcome runners sign in the lobby. The staff were very knowledgable about the event and even had information on where we needed to be for registration, etc. They asked us questions about the marathon and congratulated us after. They were lenient about checkout time, giving us time to get a shower and pack up after the event. I really appreciated the special attention, especially after the race. Good job, Westin. OH - and your Heavenly Bed is the best thing for a good night's sleep before a marathon.
“Always happy with the westin”
