“Great Location”
This hotel is within easy walking distance of Mill Ave, which has lots of great restaurants, shops and pubs. It's a fun area and the hotel is less than a five minute walk. The service was good, and the room was clean, but the beds were amazing! Everything was obviously new and it was very plush! This was, by far, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.
“Perfect location”
This hotel is located one block off the main "drag" in Tempe. This was perfect because we parked the car and never had to get back in it to get to our locations. We enjoyed the close resturants, the play at Grady Gammage at ASU, and the river park. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is fairly new.
“Great hotel, right on ASU campus”
Staff was friendly and quick to take care of any requests. If you are doing anything near Mill or ASU you probably can't find a better location.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to well known restaurants and shops.

Everything was great, The room, The service and the people. Good location to resteraunts, Could walk to many of them. Only down side was the construction going on next door. Made it difficult to find a parking space. Will stay again.

Hotel staff was very accomodating, airport shuttle was easy and available. Our room was adequate, small but great air conditioning. Great location walking distance to restaurants and ASU football stadium. Would definitely recommend or stay there again myself. And a great buffet breakast!
“Who Knew Hotels Could Be Like This?”
A business trip is a business trip, right? Except the staff at this wonderful hotel goes out of its way to make the trip cheerful. I was shuttled to and from the airport and to my meeting on the campus of AZ State at no charge, driven by one of the happiest women I've spent a little time with. The breakfast was fabulous. All in all, this is the best-run hotel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in many.
“Great ASU Access”
Comfortable walking distance to the ASU campus and stadium. The room was comfortable and clean. I had read review comments about the trains rolling by so I had a mind set. I could live with the whistles in exchange for the convenience and proximity to the University and Sun Devil Stadium.
