“Great value and location!”
I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid, but it easily topped our expectations by far. I had been warned that the Metrocenter Mall area was not good, but this was a few miles north of there and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds provided a solid night's sleep. I was surprised to find a coin-op ice machine (a first for me) but considering everything, 25 cents for a bucket of ice was no big deal. I also found a dark colored residue washing off my feet in the shower - at first I thought it was dirt, but then realized it was dark blue dye from the new carpets. Strange, but better than dirty carpets! LOL! All in all a great central location for all the ballparks, Glendale and downtown stadium areas. Right off 17 and easy access to the airport. Unless you are looking for 5 star luxury accomodations, you won't be disappointed here.

The room was clean and had all the things advertised, free wifi, working tv, comfortable bed and chairs.

The rooms have been recently refurnished and the breakfast was great with make you own fresh waffles.

Looks like it was just converted from a Motel 6 to Days Inn (see the Google map), so everything was fresh and new. No issues, except there seemed to be some sewer gas in the neighborhood outdoors, which was not the motel's fault, but it was gone in the morning. Other than that, it was clean, nice, very comfortable. The location was quiet, just great overall. Actually better than I expected. I will definitely stay here again.

aside from surly counter person @ our late night checkin, no complaints about hotel. Very basic, but better than what I expected for the v. low price.

Very nice price! The hotel is surprisingly clean for this kind of price. The breakfast is also very good.

It was very convenient; complimentary breakfast was good - area was kept restocked and neat. All employees were very friendly and professional. When ever we return to the Phoenix area, we would stay there again.
