“Great Phoenix Resort”
This condo is a great place to stay. Very clean and hospitable. Big closet, big bathroom and all the kitchen supplies one would need to stay for a week or a couple months. Our room had a washer/dryer and a private garage. Nice patio. Only bad thing was the internet and 3G service is very weak.
“Best Kept Secret”
This place is lovely and quiet. You're off the craziness of Baseline Road and right near the beautiful South Mountain Preserve--perfect for taking a hike. The staff is friendly and the furnishings are nice. The hotel is clean and it's nice to have a washer/dryer on site. The only thing I would say they could improve is internet access. It's very spotty and slow when it does work. It seems like in 2011 a guest shouldn't have to go to the hotel lobby to get access. Other than that, this place comes highly recommended.
“Outstanding”
Well appointed accomodations in a great location. The rooms are spacious condominiums and were very quiet which was a welcome change from the typical hotel experience. They don't have internet access in the rooms but have complimentary internet access in the public areas which I did not get the chance to try. I will defintely be back.
“April Stay in Renovated Section”
We went to Phoenix for my birthday for the weekend. Even though this Facility had a 4.7 rating, I was somewhat skeptical because of the two negative reviews. I found out that this place is grossly underrated. I am a traveler and I know good from bad and borderline and this place is AWESOME!! Fantastic views from every location and building. Nice family, business or romantic atmosphere. Professional and friendly staff. Rooms oufitted with the latest in comfort, arrangement and style. Even though they haven't finished their renovations, we didn't notice the workers interferring in the movement and pleasure of the guests. ARISTAR should be upgraded to a 4.5 STAR facility. Highly recommended and would definitely choose this place over any others in Phoenix.
“Impressed”
Very nice.
“Great condo style hotel!”
We were very impressed with our hotel/ condo room. It was great and we'll definitely stay there again soon!
“Can't wait to go back.”
Was a great place to stay. Everything including the grounds was kept very clean and neat in apperance. The workers were very pleasant and helpful.
“Really impressive and plenti of room for a family”
We got a three bedroom and it was wonderful considering that fact that we have three kids. There was a washer and drying and even a garage. It was a great price and was conveniently located. I highly recommend it!
“Great Hotel experience”
The hotel was awesome, the location was great! Very easy to access the freeway. Wonderful view of the Preserve. Had a little trouble finding place at first because of the non-existant road sign. But overall a great place, would definately go back.
“The best of Phoenix”
This "hotel" is really a condo and has all of the "like home" ammendities like a full kitchen - stocked with plenty of cooking items like pots, pans, silverware, plates, plenty of glasses etc. Pulling into a garage felt more secure and was quite a luxury! Having a nice washer and dryer was awesome. The location was super for jumping on Rt 10 to go all over Phoenix (although Rt 10 has lots of traffic!). The area is super and being off the beaten path was great. It was a perfect location for going to the many ball parks for spring training!
