Squaw Peak Café - Open for lunch and dinner, this casual, fifth-floor restaurant serves a menu of salads, sandwiches, steaks, and burgers and also offers cocktails and provides room service. Mountain views. Decor features red-and-white tablecloths for an Italian bistro look.

“Wonderful Stay”
We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were very roomy & clean. The staff were very friendly & accommodating, the made to order breakfast was prepared quickly & tasted great. The only issues we had with this facility was that the water pressure wasn't very good, the elevators were out of order several times, & being in Phoenix during 100 degree temps the air conditioning in the room we had wasn't working all that good. Overall it was a good stay though...we would stay again if in the area!!

The accomodations were fine and staff were pleasing and accomodating. The full breakfast included with the stay was excellent.
“Clean&Friendly staff; Kitchen suite not functional”
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a very nice pool & whirlpool. Comfort was rated a 3 because the kitchen suite was not very useful. There was no cutlery available, or any type of kitchen utensil. Not even any soap or sponge for the kitchen sink. The basic kitchen utensils and supplies should be provided for each suite, so that it is functional for guests. Or provide an option where guests can request a kitchen "package" from the front desk, which would include utensils, dishes, bottle opener, soap, sponge, etc.
“Perfect For An Early Flight Out”
We Had An Early Flight Out So I Booked This Hotel Very Convenient With Shuttle Service. We Got Invited To The Managers Cocktail Party And Had Free Snacks And Drinks. I Also Had Dinner There And It Was Very Good For A Fair Price. The Room Was Huge With A Small Kitchen Area Seperate From The Bedroom And Bathroom. We Used The Pool It Was Very Nice And Free Breakfast In The Morning Was Awesome. The Shuttle Was On Time Every Half Hour Exactly. I Would Use This Hotel Again For Sure And Tell Freinds Going To Phoenix . Great Deal And Location.
“Awesome breakfast”
We took a chance on an Expedia sale rate surprise. Overall based on price it was a win. No free Internet here. The breakfast was awesome.
“Great for proximity to the airport.”
Room was clean and toiletry items were restocked every morning. The complimentary coffee in the room was very good and even came with real half & half, not that powdery stuff. Appreciated the mini fridge, so I could have my orange juice in the morning without leaving the room. Two elevators were out of order, so ended up using the stairs. The breakfast area seemed dirty so put us off on eating breakfast.
“Would stay again”
The hotel is well maintain. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The free breakfast is very good and the dining area is large enough to accommodate the customers. There is a small resturaunt at the hotel and not many places to eat nearby.
“great stay”
From the outside of the hotel we thought we might be changing hotels, but once we were inside everything was great. The pool area was well kept, the breakfast was fabulous and the cocktail hour was a nice way to wrap up the day. The rooms were very large with kitchen/bar area, 2 flat screens and eating area - great for a family. the taxi service the hotel suggested was better than we ever imagaine - town cars, not taxi! no complaints here and would book again.
“OK”
Hotel was ordinary, not as luxurious as I remember Embassy Suites, it was clean. Restaurant staff were hard working and service oriented. Food was mediocre.
“Not too bad!”
At first the sink was plugged. The bathroom door squeeked. Both were fixed immediately when the front desk was informed which was good on their part. Weatherstripping on bottom of door to room needs replacement or repair as clearly light shines through where damage is (did not tell office). We stayed 7 days and found it was not too bad. The prepared breakfast and president's reception were pluses.
