great place next to airport
“Phoenix”
I will really recomend this hotel, it is really comfortable, and is near the phx airport.
“Very resonably priced for Phoenix”
The hotel was right off I10 and provided easy access to surrounding area. Hotel staff had maps to various locations guests may need. Full kitchen but no closet or enough flat ware for cooking or eating.
“Would absolutely stay with them again”
A very very affordable room. Everything was clean and in good working order. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had never stayed with this chain before but we will definitely be staying with them again if there is one around in our future travels. The rates are so affordable because they don't come in every day and make your bed or tidy up after you. They're mostly set up for people staying longer than a week; but if you don't mind not having your bed made everyday, then I highly recommend this hotel. If you need fresh towels or anything you just simply ask from the front desk (same goes for soap, dishsoap, toothbrush/paste, etc). Personally, it was nice knowing that no one would be going into our room when we weren't around; didn't worry so much about hiding valuables out of sight and stuff like that.

The receptionist was very helpful making free phone calls for taxis and sorting out our hire of a motorhome.

“My hotel in Phoenix”
Room was clean, linens fresh, and the fully equiped kitchen was a bonus. Carpets were clean, bedding and bedspread were not worn-looking, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Every inch of the kitchen, including the full-size refrigerator was spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. This is where I'll stay whenever I'm in Phoenix.

It was a wonderful experience and I will inform my corp office about this hotel for our business guest(s).
“Helpful staff”
Registration clerk was most helpful. When we arrived told us about shuttle to airport available at Radisson next door for $5 each. We used it to airport next day and on our return trip home. We did not have a computer with us and needed to get boarding passes for return trip home. The clerk offered to do it very willingly and did it promptly and efficiently. We appreciated the excellent service.
