“Awesome Experience!!”
The staff at the Fairmont was awesome. Everywhere I went they addressed me by name. The hotel was beautiful and my spa experience was amazing. I will tell my family and friends about it. I would stay there again.
“Wonderful”
Staff very friendly and helpful. We will return but with friends. Katy
“Love this place-can't wait to go back!”
Ambience to die for. Service outstanding! Always a great time. Food superb! Conveniently located to everything we wanted and needed to do! Even beyond helpful to my visitors who were not staying at the hotel.
“Weekend getaway”
My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont Princess for a weekend and wished we could have stayed much longer. Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I got nothing but smiles from everyone that I encountered. The grounds were gorgeous, although it is so large, it took a little doing to learn my way around. We went to the South pool both days as it was closest to our room, and it was lovely. We had a gold club room so we had use of all of the pools at the spa as well as the fitness center there, but found that we really enjoyed the South pool much more than the spa's rooftop pool, which was much smaller. The fitness center was clean and had nice equipment for a small gym, and the spa area was very nice. We didn't utilize any of the restaurants except for 1 meal at the LV Bistro, which was fine for the quick casual bite we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay there again.
“Christmas adventure”
Perfect location for men to play golf and women to head to the spa. Christmas lights and theme were wonderful. Music playing everywhere made the atmosphere great. Loved fireplace adorned seating areas.
“First Class Resort Hotel”
The hotel was everything I expected it to be. The staff throughout the hotel were terrific starting with bell hops greeting us as soon as we drove up. The registration was fast and efficient. And the staff at the two restaurants we frequented were extremely pleasant and customer focused. The golf course staff were also outstanding. The food was excellent but not cheap. The grounds were immaculate, great for short walks, and the pools were very clean.
“Enjoyed our stay”
My wife, son, and I stayed there on a spur of the moment road trip to Phoenix to watch a soccer tournament. We booked the hotel as we drove into Phoenix. Wow! We loved the resort. It was so enjoyable, I hope to return soon.
“Beautiful grounds and family friendly”
Visited with my husband and son, who is nearly 4 years old. Hotel and grounds are beautiful and large with many gardens and fountains. We enjoyed exploring almost as much as using the swimming pools. Room was very nice and comfortable. Great large bathroom. Was disappointed that Wi-Fi is $15/day at a hotel like this, though. Food at all the restaurants was delicious and my son could eat for free at one of the restaurants. My son loved the supply of tonka trucks and other toys in the covered sandbox. The small playground was not covered like the sandbox, though, so it was too hot to use. My husband commented that he'd never seen so many staff at a hotel. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful.
“Nice place”
Parking can be a long walk if you self-park. Layout is confusing and sprawling.
“Perfect hotel”
Excellent hotel, superior service. Good food, very nice spa and pool. Excellent fitness room
