“Great value for money”
We have stayed here seven times now over 10 years which must say something ! We love staying here. It is a great base for a holiday,a bit less than 3 miles south of Scottsdale old town.You really need a car in Phoenix but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel to take you into town if you want a night out without the car.Then there is the free Scottsdale Trolley which runs around the main areas of downtown. The only negative I could think of is that some of the furniture in the suites is a bit tired and in need of updating but generally the hotel is great value for money,full breakfast every morning and free drinks for an hour in the evening.

Awesome place to stay.. Pool is kept nice, actually the THREE pools are kept nice (there's three sections of hotel).. Security guards patrolling the area at night.. Most rooms have King Size beds instead of two queens, which to me is a plus.. Small Kitchen area with sink, microwave, two burner plates, a small dorm refrigerator, and plates and silverware, most likely what was left behind by prior guests.. Maids do a great job, even fancying the TP and tissues with folds.. Highly recommened.. Oh, and a TWO HOUR FREE DRINKS HAPPY HOUR OUTSIDE BY THE POOL.... And they're pretty strong too!
“Excellent Value for Budget Travellers”
The hotel has an excellent value for the cost of the stay. Can't beat the happy hour, full breakfast, swimming pool, basketball court, and ping pong table. Would definitely come back for weekend stays and night's use when flying out of town.

Scottsdale is the place to go to see the desert, visit upscale shops, or go to a Cowboy Convention. Like me.

“ALWAYS stay here”
We always stay at the Hospitality suites. The location is pefect, 10 min to Scottsdale or 10 min to Tempe. Service is always great, friendly and accomodating. Price is very reasonable. We stay 3 nights every spring and are always remembered. Happy hour is great too!

“Great Value”
This was a great place to stay given the reasonable rates. Lots of amenities including cocktail hour, free "full" breakfast, several pools, and free shuttle to the airport. I'd definitely go back.
