“Nice small friendly place”
This is not a corporate La Quinta hotel, it is a La Guinta franchise which is run by a family group. It's small and friendly with excellent service. Good breakfast, good pool, quiet and friendly guests.

“Very nice hotel near Sky Harbor Airport in AZ!!!”
The room was ready for us when we got there, the desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. The mattress was so nice and elegant. The breakfast was wonderful. Nice clean place to stay. Would definately stay there again as any other LaQuinta Hotels.
“A very enjoyable experience.”
The room was larger than I expected and it was neat and very clean. Each evening when I returned to the room it was as clean as when I had first arrived. The continental breakfast was nothing spectacular, a normal continental breakfast, however, the attendant assigned to keeping the area clean and stocked did an outstanding job. My experience was very satisfying.

If you're looking for a clean place that is not expensive then this is the one.It's close to everything too. The breakfast was good - more than you would expect from similar small hotels. The kids enjoyed the pool along with the jacuzzi. It also has a pond, two fountains, a small bridge that you could actually cross, a grill and picnic tables.
“Great representation of the Southwestern living.”
The employees of this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very good selection of foods for a continental breakfast. (coffee a little strong but ok) The grounds of the hotel were my imagination of a true Southwestern structure with fountains, water falls and beautiful landscaping. Thank you for giving us such a great spring vacation!!
“Good for its price range”
I was near the front desk and breakfast room, which got noisy in the early morning. Otherwise the hotel and room were nice.

Clean. A bit run down. For example, the smoke detector was missing in my room with exposed wiring where it should have been. Cigarette burns on fixtures.
“no complaints for the money”
Value for money hotel a lot nicer in daylight than it looks in the dark, staff nice polite, But its nearer the centre of phoenix than the airport with shuttle no problem. would go back
