“Great choice!”
The hotel room was very clean and well laid out. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds were wonderful - pools, lounge chairs, flowers, palm trees - reminiscent of resorts in Mexico. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely return!
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. Great for families. Had to pay for wifi in the room. Free in the lobby.
“Nice”
Comfortable & very nice accomodations, friendly & helpful staff.
“We loved the Hilton Squaw Peak!!”
We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton Squaw Peak! The staff was great and always helpful. The hotel was very family friendly and we loved the pools and having a suite was perfect for my husband, myself and our infant. The rooms were updated and very clean. We will definately consider coming back and would reccomend this hotel to others.
“Awesome for Families”
We took a 5 day vacation in December and loved it we had a cassita and the kids loved sleeping on the pull out sofa. We had a pool 10ft away from our door so this allowed us a relaxing morning into the day, the water park was a blast hot tub for adults and everything else for the kids. The hotel staff treated us awesome and recommend good places to eat. The only downside was that I would have liked a stove to cook on but we where on vacation.
“All the pools were heated and nice. Nice gym also.”
Great for families, even with teenagers. Casitas a must!
“Great, Clean Hotel With Lots of Fun and Relaxation”
I absolutely love this hotel! We stayed at the hotel for New Year's weekend. I read previous reviews, but I was still looking out for bad service or horrible hotel conditions. The hotel was very clean throughout. Our room was in excellent condition and fully equipped with all neccessities. I did not order room service, so I am unable to rate that and I did not require the assistance of any of the staff other than checking into the hotel. I did not know the weather would be so great that weekend, so I did not get into any of the pools. We sat on our room balcony and enjoyed the peace and quiet over drinks. When walking through the pool areas, I found it to be clean and quite enjoyable. They have pools that are for those that prefer the quiet relaxing areas and they have pools for those that require fun, such as kids and active adults. We have decided to go back with our childern so they can enjoy it and also invite a couple of locals as guests. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend.
“Fab fun for families”
We had a blast, as we usually do at this hotel. The staff is friendly, and the water park is such fun for the children. Food choices are not extensive but affordable and pretty tasty.
“Wonderful stay.”
The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff was fabulous! Pleasant, professional and quick to respond to our needs. The interior suite is set up nicely. As you walk into the living room there is a tv, couch, desk area, bar area and small refrigerator. There is a double door leading to the bathroom area. The hallway/bathroom sink area leads to the bedroom. There is a sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom. The doors helped some of us to get ready while otheres continued to sleep. The Rico's American restaurant had wonderful service however the food was so-so. We didn't find any touristy things to do close by, however we went sight seeing in Sedona, Jerome and the Apache Trail (highly recommend!).
“My Mini Vacation at Squaw Peak Resort”
I would describe Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort as just that--a beautiful resort. The suite was clean and beautifully decorated. It contained everything I needed. Everyone I encountered who worked there was friendly and helpful. Although it is quite a large complex, all the amenities were easily accessible. I have a slight handicap as it is difficult for me to walk long distances, but I had no problem walking to the restaurants, pools and shops. Also, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Squaw Peak. I hope I can spend a few relaxing days at this resort the next time I am in Phoenix, AZ. The only negative aspect is that there is a cost of $9 per day for internet access.
