“Great hotel for the $”

“Close to Samariton hospital”
The check in host was very personable. The room was clean and resonable priced.Grout around the tub was bad and slow drain.
“Beats sleeping on the streets.”
The area of town was not the best in Phoenix... but if you just need a place to crash the hotel was very clean, the pool nice, and the people very friendly.
“Excellent Hotel for the Price”
It may be called "Econo Lodge" and their rates are low, but in was an good place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and most important for me, relatively quiet. Also, it is located near many Phoenix attractions.

Alejandra (front desk) was a great gal! Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Richie - the transportation "specialist" was fun, friendly and very comical. He went out of his way to make our travels fun and memorable. They both made the hotel a top notch place to stay. Without them, it would not have been the same! The Mary Kay Gals will be returning!!! :-)
“not good not bad”
The staff were very kind and gave me a ride to my meeting location downtown. Overall the staff made up for the quality issues of the room. The hotel was conveniently located to the downtown.
“Pnx visit”
No bar-was very quiet-the staff was very nice and helpful-good Chinese restaurant across the street-scrambled eggs rubbery- for the price I think I will stay elsewhere next time in Pxn.
“Watch Your Back”
This hotel, and I use this term loosely, was not the worst, but was not worth the money. Parties in the hallways that the night staff ignored, no restaurant, key cards that didn't work and rude night staff. There were no eating places, except Taco Bell, nearby and plenty of street people to accost you if you dared to look for something beyond Taco Bell...

Definitely not recommended for stays longer than one night.
“A very rundown property”
Although the room itself was adequate and the TV was in good working order there was trash laying around the property, the hallways were dim and unclean. The general location of the property is in the poorer part of town with boarded up shops scattered around. Would not walk around at night unless necessary. Lots of parking available. Would look for another choice next time.
