“Will definitely stay again!!!!”
Not much in the direct vicinity but very close to the interstate which gets you wherever you want to be. Once you get a feel for the street and traffic lay out it is very easy to navigate. The hotel staff (especially Jeremy) were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were good sized and very comfortable. Will stay again on our next trip to Arizona!!!!
“Great value! Will return!”
I read some reviews about the neighborhood not being very nice. While it was a little run down, I didn't feel unsafe. And I also noticed that MANY of the hotels i saw on Expedia and other sites were in the same area. When we arrived, we had a monthly schedule of events that the hotel was running for guests. There was a managers dinner of chicken casserole one night. A brat barbecue another. There as also a HUGE breakfast buffet with anything you could want every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the noise from the highway, which was right outside our door. But we just turned on our fan for some white noise at bedtime. With reasonable rates and everything they offered, we will definitely be returning!

The hotel room was like a nice one room apt. I like the fast that the supply silverware and a lot of little things that just make it that much nicer. I enjoyed my stay and will likely come back.

This hotel was by far one of the very best I've ever stayed in! We were not due to check in until 3, but arrived way earlier...around 9 am. They were HAPPY to let us into our room early, informed us of all the facilities (Marketplace, pool, hot tub, fitness center..) and offered any help. The customer service was truly unbeatable. EVERYONE was kind, helpful, and friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. We were only in the hot tub/pool once, and they were clean, well-maintained, and there were plenty of towels poolside. Our turndown service was absolutely fantastic, and we had a cleaned room and fresh towels each day! The grounds are well maintained, the hotel itself is very nice, and our room was perfect, we stayed in the studio suite and loved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. This was my first trip to PHX, and I was equally impressed with our hotel as I was the sights of the whole city. Great place to stay, very central!

“Great for families”
I would recommend this hotel for anyone with children, the rooms are huge with all the amenities to save you money, with the stocked kitchen,(pans, silverware, plates, etc), which the staff will do your grocery shopping for you. The breakfast in the mornings was another great money saver with plenty of space to sit with available high chairs. Great deal for a short stay or extended.

I felt like I was in a house. The room had everything: full kitchen, appliances, etc. It looked brand new. Conveniently located off I-17. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the 12 noon check-out time!
“Would definitely stay again”
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There were a couple minor issues that hotel needs to address, but I would definitely stay here again. It's hard to complain about free food, but more attention is needed in the food quality arena. One night moldy bread was put out and a creamer curdled in my coffee another morning. My ice maker didn't work for the entire stay despite bringing it to the attention of staff on the 2nd day of the 5 day stay. But that's really all I can complain about. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was spacious, neat, clean and well tended to by hotel staff. The location was very convenient. If I'm in the area again, I'll stay at this place.
