“Fun in the sun”
I stayed here with my 2 children for 4 days. Upon checking-in the staff realized we had been put in a room with only 1 bed. They immediately changed the room. The multiple pools were nice for the kids to explore and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous. I only wish they had a complimentary breakfast.
“Beautiful place”
Very nice staff. Excellent service. Pool was perfect. Parking was great. Location of hotel was conventient to everything.
“Good stay”
Very nice, loosely populated resort with convenient swimming pools and Jacuzzis in a perfect location. We had a spacious villa suite and it was very quiet. They have a convenient restaurant JD's, but we did not try their high level restaurant because there is such a wide selection of good food in Scottsdale. The breakfast was not exiting and we usually went to Wildflowers Bakery just across the street since it anyhow was not included in the price and the Wildflowers had free Wifi connection. A little bit annoying were the additional costs like Wifi, PC usage, resort fee etc. The personnel was mostly very friendly and helpful with the exception of one not very helpful lady at the concierge desk.
“Very nice hotel and good service”
Great Hotel... good service and very friendly.
“Luxury Stay at a Value Price”
Highly recommended for a perfect balance of luxury and value. My 11...almost 12...year old daughter kept saying, "I feel like a princess here and want to stay longer." I wish we could have. Centrally located in Scottsdale with great restaurants, shopping, and museums nearby.
“great customer service”
the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
“Can't wait to go back!”
Excellent accomodation! Staff friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Grounds beautiful!
“Great area - good times! I'll be back!”
Right near the D-Backs and Rockies spring training stadium, near Fifth Avenue shopping, great weather, great golfing. Fantastic mesquite grill restaurant on property, friendly and helpful staff. Top-notch in my book!
“Wonderful stay”
Excellent service from everyone we encountered. The grounds are beautiful and the location was great! We wish we had more time to use the amenities.
“Big surprise!!!”
What a wonderful surprise to be upgraded to a suite for free!!! It was more like a condo minus the kitchen. Really nice.....
