“Diamondback Game”
Been there many times, very clean, comfortable, and an excellent hotel for the money. Awesome place to go if there for a baseball game. Very short walk to Chase Field.
“Perfect for Business”
Stayed for a business trip with a coworker and found the room to be very comfortable for both of us. The work station was perfect and the desk chair was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were some of the best I've seen in hotels during my travels. I also utilized the business center where I was able to print to their local printer. Great option for business travel. Location is near everywhere I needed to be with easy access by car. I will stay here again.
“Excellent new facility 8/06”
My wife and I traveled to Phoenix for her Masters Graduation. This hotel was two blocks from the arena downtown and the baseball stadium. The room was had a seperate living area with a couch and large chair and two TVs. We wanted to take the bed home with us it was wonderful. For a downtown Phoenix stay I would recommend it.

Really have no complaints at all. Very happy from check-in to check-out. Breakfast could've been more varied with more selections to choose from if I had anything to suggest. Would recommend to all!

“Best Hotel at Incredible Price”
We have stayed in a lot of hotels, however this one stands out as being the BEST value e v e r . The room was clean and and incredibly generous breakfast, not just your continental breakfaast, but with eggs, sausage, make yourown belgian waffle, cut-up fresh fruit, yougart, cereal, both hot and cold, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, and then a pastry table with donuts, english muffins, and assorted muffins. Even a microwave to heat up the food, if necessary, or reheat your coffee. We have stayed in this hotel every time in Phoenix over the past two years. Yes, there are nicer ones in the immediate area, but none that offer what this one does, plus the breakfast. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel. Also, it is within walking distance (less than four blocks) to the Diamonbacks, and Suns field and arena and just about the same to a downtown mall with movie theaters. A GREAT choice ! ! !

“Pleasant SpringHill Suites”
I had to make a last minute hotel reservation and this hotel accomodated nicely. Except for the maids who gave no regard to the notion that "customers come first", and a water machine that took money and gave nothing back, the employees were great and the room very nice. Pool and jacuzzi temps were perfectly adjusted. Quiet, comfortable, clean, security-concious. Just watch for beggars outside upon approach, and your stay will be well worth it.
“Great Stay”
Clean hotel with fee wifi corded in room and wireless in lobby. Breakfast was very good each morning. Free Shuttle to Airport and Convention Center was great even though I normally walked to the convention center (only four blocks). For dinner, movie, or shopping walk three block to the Phoenix Center plaza. Several restaurants (I recommend "Brick") and great atmosphere make it a great place to go each night.
“Comfort”
This Hotel is great for a family. Everyone there was very friendly. Our romm was spacious for my family of 6...One thing I would hope they change is the hours for the pool they need to leave open later.
