“LOVED IT, WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE”
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly as described and the hotel staff were there every step of the way to make sure your stay is perfect. We were treated like royalty, from the golf cart that would drive us to our room from the reception area, to the buffet breakfast a la carte which gets cooked while you wait. It was lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will be staying here again when we go back. We were happy with everything. The spa treatments were more expensive than other places, but the amount of service and attention that was given was lovely. The pool was stunning, large and spacious. The beach would not be for swimming in the morning but during the afternoon the tide was in and it was nice, although we chose to swim in the pool rather than the beach. The hotel is about a 15-20minute drive from Patong, but it was nice to come back to the quiet of Chalong Bay where you dont get hassled as much. Theres a 7-11 across the road and a laundry place, and about a 15min walk up the road there is a shopping centre with numerous restaurants and a supermarket.
“Complete Relaxation”
Beautifully designed hotel and very exclusive. VIP treatment as it was only half full due to recent opening (1 week). Staff very friendly and helpful. Worth the upgrade when we got there and the seaview suite was fantastic. Serenity rooms garden facing would have been very disappointing though - so don't scrimp! Hire a car - as staff keen to use their limo service (min 3 hours) and not call taxis for you.
“Best hotel ever!”
I can not rave enough about this hotel. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. The staff there made my friend and I feel like movie stars (we were treated that way). The location is away from all of the other hotels so you really get that "alone on an island" feeling. Yet it is close enough to everything that we wanted to visit too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My friend and I hadn't even left the hotel and we were already talking about our return visit. Thank you Outrigger!
“OUTSTANING DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE”
Want to head to Thailand? Want a 5 star hotel dont want to pay inflated prices? The outrigger was fantastic. I contacted the hotel and advised them I was bringing the girlfriend to thailand to 'pop the question'. In the 3 weeks prior to arrival, i recieved emails from the General Manager, Head Chef and Reception Manager. They all wanted to make sure that our visit was prepared. The hotel arranged all out trips and instead of joining group tours we used the hotel driver and SUV to take us privately around Phuket. You can't beat local knowledge. Doing it this way was actually cheaper. We asked for the 'right' places to eat, get a massage and shop and he took us there. The driver was 'Wat' so if you're there ask for him. The night i proposed was fantastic. They took me and my girl to a private beach by speedboat to watch the sunset and it was all good (She said yes). We arrived back by speedboat to a private dinner setting. I could go on ALL day.....the hotel was great. There are a selection of rooms, apartments. Service was fantastic and it was located away from all the noise. Its the place for total relaxation, recharge the batteries definitely a great place to take your girlfriend if you want To pop that question!
“Would definitely stay there again”
Great resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and in good condition. Only possible downside is the location - not a great deal of restaurants around and taxis are expensive. Although very cheap to hire scooters to get around. Can also use bicycles from the resort. I did this and cycled down to Rawai Beach (15mins) and some nice places to eat there.
“Pampered elegance---perfect romantic setting!!!”
When choosing a location for a quiet, romantic getaway look no further. Excellent service, beautiful rooms and amenities, and a truly relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle (but only a short cab ride away from Phuket Town or Patong if you like crowds!) The location is perfect for swimming in the warm sea, lounging by the perfect size/temperature pool, and enjoying Phuket. The staff pamper you at the restaurant, pool, bar, and will arrange any activities you wish to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was healthy and delicious. Highly recommend the french toast! We will be bringing the whole family back soon!
“The best hotel/resort I ever stayed.”
Wow! Wow! Wow! That was our reaction as we were being showed the room. We arrived in evening. We where asked to seat down at the reception (it's an open space) and the staff come to us and checked us in. After all the paper worked we were taken to the room or should I say the flat. Wow there is so much space, the lounge is spacious, Room is big, bathroom is big. This resort is quite new. It has been opened for the last 10 months. Breakfast is included. The swimming pool area is fantastic. it's like a dream. The staff..... well, what can I say ? They were excellent. Always with a smile, ready to help in any occasion. You could see that they really love working there. I do travel allot around the world on business and this was by far the best. 10 out 10 I would give as a overall for this hotel.

The best place to stay in Phuket. Would stay there again. We had a great time and wonderful experience. Everything about the hotel was outstanding!
“Great Phuket hotel for couples”
the hotel was fabulous, from the decor to the staff service, the value for money was excellent. the room was perfect. the only negative thing I have is that the website exaggerates how close the hotel is to other parts of Phuket, meaning longer and more expensive taxi rides than anticipated. given its rather remote location it would also be beneficial to have some slightly cheaper options for food/drink poolside, the prices are rather high given that you have to eat there multiple times, and the menu rather small so if you stay at the hotel on a 10 day stay you grow tired of the choices. overall, great value for money.
“Luxurious with Great Staff”
We stayed for 7 nights here for our honeymoon, I cant fault the hotel at all. It is onyl 10 months old and the rooms are spacious, clean and modern in design. The service was first rate and the pool area was amazing. There was no beach to swim at but with an amazing pool and tours to islands being easy to arrange through the hotel this was not a problem. The hotel is in a quiet area also with an easy 25 minute taxi to Patong. We loved the fact it was in a quiet area. Enjoyed the stay.
