my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The atmoshere throughout the hotel was warm and friendly. Service provided superbly, even at minutes to closing the waitress at Opus restaurant, in the hotel still served us our meals. Now that is true customer service. Yes, the food was excellent.
“Wonderful hotel”
Very well organized and with great facilities.
“Dream Hotel!”
It just doesn't get any better than this...the beds are made of clouds I am sure of it. The service is perfect from valets to room service, the restaurant has some of the best food in Pittsburgh. After several tries at other hotels we now never stay anywhere else, making our reservations for our next trip when we finish the current trip! Do yourself a favor and stay here to be reminded of what luxury is...Enjoy!
“great views”
Gorgeous hotel with breath-taking views. We loved its location: right across from the river, a stone's throw to the stadium. Beautiful antique building that is close to immaculate.
“A must for the theater”
The staff, from valet parking to concierge, were outstanding and the room was wonderful. Terrific view of the river & ball park. Location in the Cultural District was perfect for walking to theaters and restaurants. Will go back!
“Will definitely stay again!”
We were impressed from the time we arrived and had the door opened for us by two friendly doormen to the moment we checked out. The hotel lobby was beautiful and our room was clean, comfortable and very nice. We will definitely stay there again. Good value!
“Perfect place to stay for a Pirate or Steeler Game”
I grew up in Pittsburgh and this hotel is always a good choice. It's at the base of the Roberto Clemente bridge, so you could walk to PNC Park. Heinz Field is a little further away, but you could still walk there. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice.
“Very Impressed”
Great location for theatre and sports!!
