"The bed was a stack of foam pads that offered no support and constantly sucked me in to the middle of the bed, which had even less support.
I think someone urinated in the air conditioning system, every time it cycled on the whole room stank of urine. I am sure we could have complained but it was late and we were tired.
I am only writing this because when I went to notify the desk manager in the morning, I don’t think he could care less. I have been staying there multiple times a year for many, many years and although the hotel is showing its wear and tear, it has always been decent enough to stay at.
Very disappointed"
