"I booked a cabin for four adults and my small dog, at check-in they said they were unaware of my pet so charged an additional seventy five dollars for that, the cabin had one coffee cup for four adults, steps to the loft area were loose, pullout double bed sofa mattress was filthy, not enough towels ..."
