“Very good”
I like the location of this hotel. There was a problem in the toilet flush - it flooded the bath room floor, but when I reported this problem to the receptionist, without any hesitation they moved us to the another room.
“Excellent hotel!”
My son and I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 2 nights, on the fourth floor. Our room was well decorated, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Even though our room was next to the elevator and on the street side of the hotel, noise was not a problem at all. Having a sitting area somewhat separate from the bedroom area was another definite plus. The free continental breakfast was your standard fruit, yogurt, cereal, and toast. The breakfast room was very busy on Sunday morning, but the two gals working there kept things tidy and replenished as needed. The hotel sits in the corner of a shopping center with a large movie theater, shops and several restaurants within walking distance. According to one employee, they offer discount rates on the weekends, so the price was right. The only negative I have to say about our stay is that the parking was fairly limited.

Quiet, comfortable hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Suite was great to gather 3 additional friends in to visit. We had to check out before free breakfast but because we had a race to run we wanted a little something in the AM. Staff happily provided each of us with some yogurt and fruit. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out nice pool.
“Fun for the whole family”
We are a family of six. It's not too often that we get to all stay in a room/suite and be so comfortable. The room had everything we needed. It was very relaxing and peaceful(quiet). The swimming pool was clean and had plenty of towels. The TV monitors on the gym equipment made the time pass away. The entire staff was very courteous and attentive throughout our stay. We even received a check-up call shortly after entering our room.
“Clean, beautiful rooms”
I booked 2 joining rooms for my daughters 16th birthday and let ther have friends stay over. The had a blast with the shopping in walking distance, movies etc. The rooms are very spacious, room for 6 comfortable, stylish and clean. Semi private sleeping area from living area. Like a mini suite at other places for less money. A great deal
“Sleeping on Clouds”
Only bad thing I can think of is that the bathroom was a little smaller than other hotels (but not TOO small by any means!). It was extremely clean, and the bed was AMAZING. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time!! Also only a 2 min taxi ride to BART (we could have walked, but it was 3:45 in the morning).

The Hyatt Place, Pleasanton/Dublin is a very comfortable, clean, well run hotel. We had several rooms books for our daughter's wedding and lots of baggage. We received quick, efficient help from the front desk to unpack our cars and get our luggage up to the rooms. The rooms are very large with a comfortable bed, a bar and bar sink and large pull-out sofas for extra guests. We held an open house in our room for people coming to the wedding and appreciated the bar set-up. For business guests or for those who carry their computers, the data center in each room provides plenty of outlets for your tech devices. The brunch is great, with plenty of healthy cold selection and hot items such as scrambled eggs and bacon that can be ordered. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped.
