"The location"

"The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."

"The hotel has a new owner who is making improvements. The noise is almost unnoticeable at present. Seldom staff at the desk but sufficient at this tme. Part of parking is acoss the street but in about a dozen times crossing I never had to wait for vehicles. Quiet evening and night and a good breakfast."

"My room appeared to be clean, but the previous guests had left trash and takeout containers with old food out on the balcony. I also found a dried up contact lens stuck to the phone. The one staff member I interacted with at check-in was friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The contact lens will keep me from staying here again."
