“Amazing Deal - Villa was Bigger than my first apartment”
Beautiful Facilities, lots to do, easy shuttles to the town and back. Pickups available from all major tour companies. Loved it!!!!
“Would definitely recommend”
My family and I stayed at the Rendezvous Reef Resort in Port Douglas in December 2010 and loved every minute of it. The facilities onsite, including our chalet, were of an extremely high quality and were very well maintained and presented. The staff were always cheerful, attentive and helpful, especially when we needed advice on booking local trips, e.g. to the rainforest and Barrier Reef. In summary, I would definitely recommend Rendezvous Reef and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The cleanliness of the room, the situation of the room close to the pool and also close to Port Douglas. Pool area was fabulous. Close proximity to the beach and idyllic like Bali, why go overseas.

We went for a 6 days holiday with our mother. We had room which is just next to the reception. The staffs are extremely helpful with all the recommendations and services. The room is well equiped with washing machine, dryer, full kitchen and dishwasher. All the Laundery powers and dish washing powder/liquid were supplied. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated. The furnitures had a few issues (e.g. the mattress of sofa slide off all the time, the single bed we had got wheels underneath and it slide away when we sat down, mattress of bed are too soft etc.) The restaurant and pools are greatly recommended. The chef's special : Roast Chicken stuffed with blue cheese and mushrooms are YUM!!!!!!!) BBQ area is great and it's next to the 2nd swimming pool. We came from Sydney, a little bit not use to so many insects...hopefully they can store some flyscreen to the room windows and slide doors. Overall a great place~
“BE BACK SOON”
The accommodation was very nice but they need to change out the lounge and chairs in the unites not very comfortable. Had a wonderful time the weather was tropical ,swam every day.Went on a calypso just snorkel cruise the guys were fantastic really look after us well.The reef was overcast and choppy but still had a great time could see the amazing great barrier reef clearly. Take sun screen as I still got very burnt with the weather over cast. The boat ride took some time to get to the reef but was lots of fun. We stood on the bow of the boat and had a great time riding the waves home. The combined clubs" the tin shed" is a must for a visit and is great for eating out. Mal really looks after you. Has a great deck looking out over the entrance of port Douglas marina.

Everything was wonderful. The pool area is unique and very nice. Port Douglas is a great area to spend a few days. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy. The hotel was perfect if you just wanted to relax by the pool and eat in their resturant. Great place
“Fantastic holiday!!”
A great location for family holidays, about 3km out of town but easily accessable by 2 town shuttles. Fantastic setting and lovely staff made it a very enjoyable stay.

The staff at the resort were great- helpful and friendly and provided good service. The resort was beautifully maintained and the villa we stayed in was well equipped with everything we needed.

This resort is perfect for everybody, staff are very friendly, the units very good value for the money. Can't wait to go back.......
“Could have stayed forever!”
We felt spoiled, a two bedroom, two level villa for only two of us! Full kitchen and laundry was great. Bar and dining menu looked nice but didn't have time to parttake. Our cute little guest gecko chattered unexpectedly at times but they are a part of tropical life. Great pool. Minutes away from activities. Enjoyed the Sunday Market in town. Easy access to Great Barrier Reef boat rides. Just an hr. north was ferry operated by cable crossing Daintree river and Daintree rainforest. Hope to get back sometime!
