Great hotel. Modern, clean, quiet. Great beds and bathrooms. Free WiFi in the lobby. Perfect location right near the Old Town.
“Impressive with its value, service, and location”
We loved the location where it is close to the main city's attractions, as well as public transportation. We also loved the breakfast buffet. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
“Beautiful Hotel”
We were thrilled to see such a beautiful hotel when we walked into the lobby. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely with 3 twin beds as we had our adult granddaughter with us. Plenty of room with a very nice bathroom with heated towel rack and heated floor. It was a convenient location for walking. We enjoyed the Spanish Tapas restaurant around the corner. The breakfast buffet was more than substantial and very nice. Our evening meal in the hotel dining room was also very delicious but the service was very slow.
“Nice Hotel for the Price”
Clean Hotel. Nice breakfast. Only complaint is that they start to vacuum the hallways very early, which woke me up every morning.

It was great, staff was very friendly & helpful with city information and directions. Rooms and entire hotel was very clean, good size rooms, breakfast buffet was good, electricity adjust for american/european, Thai Massage was Wonderful & unexpensive. Shopping Mall down the street, and Main Attactions within walking distance. Great City and perfect hotel location. Hotel provided a bottle of wine and fresh fruits as Welcome drink. The only bad thing was that we drove from another european city and we had to pay for parking; IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE PAKING FEE PER DAY.
“Great Hotel in a very convenient location in Old Town”
Recently returned from a five day vacation to Prague in October. We stayed at the Grand Majestic Plaza. I really cannot see how anyone can give this hotel any negative marks. It is located in a super convenient part of Old Town: literally a two minute walk from the tram and metro station (although we didn't need to use them as we walked everywhere, finding the distances to most sites quite minimal). The minivan from the airport (120 CKR/person) also drops you off within a 5 minutes walk or less. Our welcome at the reception desk was quick, warm and efficient. The rooms, and overall maintenance of the Hotel, is virtually spotless, and you will appreciate the heated bathroom floor feature every time you step out of the shower! The Breakfast Buffet was quite adequate, by most European standards: with the usual assortment of eggs, breakfast meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, juices, breads, pastries,fresh fruits, and fresh vegetables. For coffee, best to use the espresso selection with warm milk. We would certainly stay at this Hotel again.! Prague is magical...
“Great for Price”
Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, comfy room, they even supplied me with a travel adaptor since I forgot mine. Did not get round to using the sauna, but will next time.
