“An excellent low budget hotel ideal base for seeing Prague”
Hotel was excellent value for money. Rooms were clean, basic but perfectly adequate with everything you could need. Staff were helpful and polite. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a better than expected selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, breads and preserves. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
“A very good two star hotel with great transport links”
Although this hotel is in the suburbs of Prague, it has great transport links (one of the trams goes all the way to the castle!). The rooms are very comfortable and we would definately stay here again if in Prague.
“Nice, Older Hotel (not for handicapped)”
Nice, older hotel near tram stops offering good public transportation. Eight steps from lobby to lift and down on opposite side to restaurant make this hotel unsuitable for handicapped travelers. Telephone in room was inoperative. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a good value.
“Hotel service”
The hotel service is very kind and helpful. They are very flexible. You can order the dinner for a time which is convinient to you. You should try their home-made 'roasted half duck' (260Kr). To be ordered one day before. The half duck is sufficient for 2 people.
“Very good value for money”
This hotel was a good clean two star hotel with very comfortable beds, good breakfast (skip the coffee) and very convenient for public transport (The metro is about a 10 minute walk away and the tram 2 minutes, which takes you all the way to Prague castle!) I would definatley stay here again when in Prague.
“Far but inexpensive”
Is inexpensive and Breadfast is also incluid. Beds are clean. The receptionist are not too sweet but they are very helpful giving directions.
“Never Evar”
Far to the Down Town and No English speckers...
“Too far and too basic”
As budget travelers we understand trade-offs. We don't expect luxury or perfect location. But here we found the absolute minimum to meet the website description. Room bare and cheerless, staff barely friendly, breakfast sparse. The location is near a tram stop, but the ride to Wenceslaus Sq. takes a good half hour. In the neighborhood we found only one rather pricey restaurant, but at least the supermarket Carrefours was only a km. away, and in the shopping center food court we found Vietnamese and Indian cuisine.
“not impresed”
For a three satr hotel I was disgusted. The towels had holes in them. The beds were broken literally. THe sheets had holes and there was mould and no soap in the shower. The hallway also smelt like a sewer. I have booked a lot of last minute holidays and I along with my friend were really disappointed. I will not book further trips with your company.
