“Another Good Stay in Pikeville”

The Hampton Inn Pikeville continues to impress. This is truly a wonderful hotel. The sleeping rooms are large and comfortable, the lobby is impressive, there is a gift shop, nice pool, fitness room etc. The meeting rooms are easily the nicest in the city and the free breakfast and wi-fi are always a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location. It's across the street from Pikeville College and easily walkable to the city park, East Ky Expo Center, Big Sandy Community College, Downtown PIkeville, the large Masonic lodge and much more.

“Nice stay.”

First off, the problems: The front lobby and hallways were muggy and hot. Maybe it was just something torn up on the day I was there, but I thought the air conditioning needed turning on. The room was totally fine though. The beds weren't as comfy as some hotels I've stayed in before. There's no wireless internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. There are ethernet cables in the rooms though. It was clean, right in the middle of town and I enjoyed my breakfast very much. They did give me directions to go where I was heading, and they were perfect. I would definitely stay there again, but I wish they'd get wireless in the rooms.
