“Nice place”
About 30 minutes from Six Flags. The breakfast in the morning was very good for a continental breakfast - the women in the room was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. My children enjoyed the pool - it was big enough for them to enjoy. My only complaint is that there was no option for food for lunch. The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner during the week. My children and I were without transportation at lunchtime one day and we had no options (there were places you could order from but who wants to pay dinner prices for lunch?) It was a great stay other than that little inconvenience.

upon arrival, the outside was univiting...but, upon entering, i was extremely satisfied...had a wonderful stay...the staff was polite and helpful...breakfast was great...and the beds!!!!...EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE....
“Friendly and Affordable”
My experience here was wonderful! After getting over the shock of the $23 5 minute cab ride from the train station (what a racket!!!) the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful in checking me in at 2 AM. The hotel is convenient to downtown Princeton because the hotel provides a free shuttle which takes about 5-10 minutes. The shuttle also runs from to and from the train station. The staff was friendly and amazingly helpful the entire week I was there, and even gave us plenty free drink/appetizer coupons to the restaurant when the pool was closed for cleaning. Make sure you take advantage of any breakfast package offered by expedia - the food is good. The bar also has a great selection of Scotches. This is an excellent place to stay while in Princeton and I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thanks Princeton Doubletree for a wonderful stay!
“Home away from home.”
My stay at the Doubletree Hotel was quite a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were VERY helpful and were able to accomodate my needs immediately. I was made to feel at home which was great after being so far away from home. The locate was great, rooms were nice, and amenities plentiful. I would stay there again.
“DoubleTree Princeton - highly recommended”
Expedia sale rate was a real bargain for 3 people. Front desk registrar found my Hilton rewards number fast. DoubleTree cookies on arrival - always a delicious touch. Purchased Executive package (6th floor) but Executive lounge closed, so received voucher for one appetizer in bar and morning breakfast buffet in hotel restaurant. Room quality excellent.Nice pool and fitness center. In-room Internet extra. Free wireless in lobby and 2 computers online in business center.. Bar staff very new, so voucher was a complication. Morning buffet was comprehensive and excellent, waitress increased no.of persons on voucher to 3 to include 16 year old son without asking.
“What an amazing stay!”
The check-in was wondderful! We were handed warm cookies and directed to our room. The room was beautiful and incredibly well maintained. We enjoyed a comfortable stay with room service in the morning; it was a little pricey but well worth breakfast in bed! I could not have asked for a better stay!
“Excellent stay at Doubletree Hotel Princeton”
Our stay at doubletree Princeton was excellent. We traveled with our 3-year old daughter and everything was just right, even the courtesy warm cookies they give when you check in. Rooms where always clean, very comfortable, bath tub and hot shower worked great, if you need a microwave and a mini-fridge they will place one at your room for 5 bucks a day each. They bake cookies everyday to give out to newly arrived guests, and they are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Renovations make it even nicer.”
Recent renovations have made this hotel even nicer than it was last year. It has always been nice, but now it is even better.
“Loved our stay”
This was our first time staying at Doubletree. We enjoyed our stay here even though it was only for a day. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I wish the window curtains were darker because in the morning the light was coming in. The chocalate chip cookies were so good, warm & yummy. I liked how there was a smnall convenice store in the lobby. I purchased milk for my baby. The lobby was impressive.
