“very spooky hotel”
The hotel Del Molino felt very spooky specially when we found out we are one of the very few guest at night. surprisingly every thing changed in the morning. rooms were little uncomfortable and small. It was advantageous but far from down town activities. Personnel were very courteous. breakfast was greet. We decided to check out in am since it was too quiet and spooky at night

The Hotel is nice with a very comfy rural experiences. There is nothing next to it so there is a very quiet place. The Hotel is close to evrything around 15 min to dowtwon. Thanks
“Great service, nice hotel, bad location.”
The hotel location in the map is incorrect. It appears near downtown but is not right. If you plan to stay inside the hotel all the time while having a convention, or maybe attended a wedding or in family vacations it will be great. If you plan to trevel around the city and have easy acces to hotel, forget it, arriving at the hotel is a little bit tricky. Service is great and the food at the hotel is really good, specially breakfast!
“Not the charming hacienda we expected”
This hotel has seen better times. The rooms were ok, but worn and a bit shabby. The pool was small and not well maintained. It is pretty far out of the downtown area.
“One time is Enough...”
This hotel was an interesting experience. Positive comments: The service was excellent when requested and all the people that worked there were very courteous. The food was delicious and reasonable in price. Negative comments: The bed and pillows were very firm, difficult to get comfortable. It felt like laying on the floor. The restaurant does not automatically serve you the expected condiments that you would expect in typical Mexican tradition, like salsas, tortillas, pan for breakfast, etc. They all have to be requested. It was a nice experience but I will try another place when I return to Puebla.
