“Good place to stay”
Rooms are very clean, parking is free and it is a quiet and pleasant place.
“Great Place to stay....”
Had a great experience at this hotel... It was just lovely...
“A family place”
It was a beautiful place the room was very nice, except the air conditioner was very loud.
“Great Place!”
Super hotel, especially for the cost. Very comfortable.
“Sunny Puerto Rico in January”
Wonderful location, nice room, 2 great pools (2), good food in the restaurant
“overall a decent place to stay for the price”
The hotel was under renovation the room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and polite. I came in for the weekend to see my Dad for his 95 Birthday. This is a good hotel if you need a clean, safe and friendly place to stay.
“Only ok”
Very nice people and a beautiful setting, but the hotel was somewhat run down. I could not get cell phone service around the hotel. No internet access makes the stay difficult for business travelers.
“Meh, it's alright”
With a little more effort on the part of the hotel, it would have been a great location to stay at. I really have one major gripe, there was black mold on the ceiling. Now, I don't know if all of the other rooms were like that and I could have certainly asked to change rooms, but I'm lazy so I'll never be sure. The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy when it cycled on, again I did nothing to ask to improve the situation. Also, our room lacked a smoke alarm, phone, alarm clock, and fridge. Other than the smoke alarm, the other things are just nice to have. After all that, let me say some nice things. It's a SUPER convenient location and it's quiet as it is set back from the highway. There are two well maintained pools. The restaurant was actually quite good, more enjoyable than the food that I've had at some other hotels with supposedly nicer restaurants. The grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly and completely bilingual. So, I would recommend this hotel WITH RESERVATIONS. ASK about the status of the mold. If you care about the phone, fridge, or clock, ask about it. Honestly, had it not been for the mold, I wouldn't have any problem recommending the place. However, the mold is not only ugly, it's a health concern for some people.
“Very Disappointed”
The hotel was very noisy, dirty (roaches), when we checked in there were not enough towels and after the first night, we were given one towel for the both of us. Had to ask for additional towel. No hot water for the entire time we were there, took cold showers. Only positive was it was close to the family we were visiting and the woman at the front desk, Heidi, was very pleasant and helpful. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Would recommend that you stay at the Courtyard Marriott on the old Ramey Airforce Base, this is where we ate most of our meals, it was clean and pleasant.
