Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa All Inclusive offers activities for children ages 3–12 in a supervised children's complex that includes an air-conditioned room and an outdoor playground.
An air-conditioned, glass-walled fitness center contains cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. A spa opened in early 2005 with a sauna, steam room, and a menu of facials, massages, and other services. Massage is available in treatment rooms or in an oceanfront tent on the spa terrace.
The concierge desk maintains a library of DVDs for guests to watch in their rooms. A business center offers four computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Shops sell jewelry, resortwear, beachwear, gifts, and sundries. A nurse and doctor are available during the day, with the doctor on call around the clock. This Puerto Vallarta hotel purifies its water.

This all-inclusive Puerta Vallarta resort offers 337 spacious, air-conditioned guestrooms and suites in two 11-story white towers with terra-cotta-colored tile roofs. Tropical décor in all rooms and suites includes textured white walls and ceilings, pale floors, and richly colored fabrics. Amenities include jumbo-size toiletries.
The Main Tower at Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa houses deluxe rooms, some with balconies and others with floor-to-ceiling windows. Balconies are not guaranteed but all rooms provide views of Banderas Bay. The newer Club Tower houses Junior Suites. All suites face the ocean and special amenities include bathrobes and slippers, as well as concierge services.

El Patio - Mexican cuisine with à la carte service for dinner. Contains the Salón Michoacán at its center, which serves dinner in a traditional Mexican atmosphere, with live mariachi music. Also includes Patio Oaxaca for patio dining separated by archways that form four courtyards, and La Cantina Jalisco Bar which offers more than 100 varieties of tequila.

Manatee Bar - Swim-up bar in the main pool. Open morning through afternoon.
Barracuda Bar - Located near the “relax” swimming pool. Open morning through afternoon.
Rendezvous Bar - This lobby bar in the main tower overlooks the ocean and serves light snacks as well as drinks. Popular for its live piano music every evening.
Desires - Music lounge and sports bar with large televisions, pool tables, and late night dancing to DJ music.

Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa All Inclusive features a private sandy beach, two lighted tennis courts, and a natural rock climbing wall. The water sports desk by the main swimming pool supplies boogie boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and floats for guests to use. Snorkeling lessons are provided to novices. Introductory scuba diving lessons are conducted in the pool (surcharge), and scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing trips can be arranged (surcharges for all). Independent operators also book parasailing, water skiing, and banana-boat rides (surcharges).
Golf enthusiasts can book tee times at several golf clubs within an hour's drive of the resort. These include La Marina Golf Club, 25 minutes away; Vista Vallarta Golf Clubs I and II, 35 minutes away; Flamingos Golf Club and El Tigre Golf Club, both 45–55 minutes away.

The Dreams Spa by Pevonia covers nearly 5414 square feet/503 square meters, offering steam cabins, a private beach cabana, indoor and outdoor spa tubs, a hydrotherapy circuit, a sauna, a beauty salon, and a high-pressure shower. Services and amenities include massages and traditional spa treatments. Fifteen treatment areas include seven indoor rooms, four massage tables on the terrace, and one oceanfront palapa with four additional massage tables.

“Planning our next visit!”
From the time we arrived everything was perfect! We had a great time and are planning on going back in July. I definately reccommend this hotel!
“Excellent Hotel”
This was our first trip to P.V. Dreams was really a dream! The rooms were just as described, staff was more than helpful, and the food was spectacular! Clean atmosphere, with a beautiful view. We would stay again!
“Wonderful Vacation”
Our experience at Dreams was wonderful! One of the best vacations that I've ever had. The location was beautiful, with a private beach and two luxurious pools including a swim up bar. The food was excellent and the service was even better. The staff were all very friendly and made the trip that much better. There were daily and nightly activities to keep you busy or you could enjoy yourself just lounging at the pool with drinks delivered to you. My favorite place was the hammock on the beach or lounging by the adult pool. We loved it at Dreams and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a great place for a getaway or would be just as good for the entire family, as it was a very family friendly place. Loved it! Can't wait to go back.
“Wonderful Vacation!! Back again next year for longer.”
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and took great care of us. We felt spooled! We made some wonderfrul friends, like Miguel who was awesome and hopefully a friend for life. The food at Portafina, Beachside Grill and the World Cafe was very good but El Patio was just a little disappointing as it didn't have enough of the Mexican food we were looking forward to. But that is a very minor thing compared to the rest of the trip. Truly wonderful and we will be back ASAP!
“Fantastic All-inclusive Resort”
The bad: -Our bathroom smelled like sewer when we arrived but did air out by the 2nd day -Myself, my friend and her son went to the mexican restaurant, El Patio, and received very very very slow and not terribly friendly service The Good: -The food was amazing! I ate at every restaurant there and the food was fabulous at every one! In fact some of the best food was at El Patio even though they gave the worst service. -The hotel staff was very pleasant and aimed to please! Maintenance was very fast! -The pools were clean and very nice! The pool bar was awesome! -the beach was beautiful and well-kept! -There were a lot of activities available for free! We never got bored! Other thoughts: A couple differences between Dreams and other resorts 1) Some resorts try to appeal to the masses and thus serve bland food with little spice and little flavor. At Dreams the food is full of flavor and well-spiced! 2) At some resorts the staff is not allowed to accept individual tips. Instead you are asked at the end of your stay if you would like to tip the wait staff, maid service, etc. At Dreams the staff all accept tips and you do tend to get better service if you tip regularly. For what we paid for our vacation and the amount of food and drink we ordered, we were happy to tip! BRING LOTS OF $1 bills! All staff and hotel services accept American money. Over all this was a fabulous vacation spot! We will definitely return!

With the exception of not having a room for us in the "Club Biulding, as booked, so that we had to move the next day. everything was great. I will go there again if possible.
“Best resort I've ever been to!”
If you're thinking about taking a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Dreams is the place to stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, private and the service is amazing. Everyone we met at the hotel was incredibly friendly and all the ammentities were excellent. The five on-site restaurants provided a huge amount of variety. We never left the resort and never felt any need to during our week there. A fantastic place to stay!
“Loved every minute of it!”
My husband and I stayed at Dreams for our 5 year anniversary in September. We had read lots of reviews of the hotel and had great expectations for our trip - we were not disappointed:) Everything was so wonderful. The food was probably the best we'd ever eaten (our favorite restaurant was Oceana). Most of the nightly entertainment was wonderful. The service was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The private beach was great - and not too crowded, as I think this was the off season. We are already missing Dreams and talking of going again. We loved it!!!!! (The only complaint we had was the the air conditioning vent above our bed would gather condensation and drip on us during the night. A couple nights into our stay they tried to fix it, but it continued to drip. - Other than that, we had no compaints!)
“Had a great stay”
my wife and I stayed for 3 nights. the beds were very comfortable. All staff was very nice. They all spoke English fine. The beach was clean and the pools were clean as well. The layout of the resort was easy to get around to everything. my only gripes would be the food was a little limiting for a vegetarian. It was "good" but maybe not as good as I would expect for the money. Also,not all restaurants are open all the time such as the buffet. other resorts we have been to, offer the buffet at all times. Or, at least have a snack bar open always. Room service was 24/7 but the quality wasn't as good. We would go back, but food would be the only factor that would make us look at other options as well.
“Wonderful Experience”
Our experience was great ! The staff was excellent, loved all the activities andin every way it was perfect for us. The only thing I would like to add would be it would be nice if there was a place to relax / read, play board games, outside of the beach area, like a lounge / library inside too. Just for people who dont want to be at the beach the whole day, but at the same time not have to go into their room. Every thing else was just great. The Entertainment Team did a fabulous job of variety events which we loved.
