“Excelent Choice”
Just a few words... Nice place, good people working in there, nice location... In resume, for me everything was perfect, from the first day to the last.!! I really recommend it..!
“GREAT HOTEL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!!”
This complex has 4 hotels inside: Punta Cana, Pallace, Bavaro and Royal Suites. You have access to all the facilities and restaurants, except for those reserved for Royal members. It is a little bit too big to walk through it but they have a little train which takes you around the whole complex.There are several swimming pools, for adults, kids and babies. There is a Kids Club where you can leave your children for a couple of hours while you go to the beach, the Gym, the Spa or to do some Sports. You can also hire a baby sitter for US$10 per hour or even US$5 per hour if you make a deal for several days, talk to Isabel, the Kids Club Manager. They run a Mini Disco for kids at the Sunset Boulevard Theatre every evening at 8:30pm. Right before the show, which changes every night of the week.The staff is in general extremely nice and kind, they don't expect you to tip but if you do...they will run around for you to feel as a VIP guest. The rooms are big and all of them have jet tubs and a balcony. My husband, our 1 year old baby girl and I had a great time at Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

“Fun Fun!”
So my fiance and i had an awesome time at the hotel. Everynight you can go to any ala carte resturant, in which most limit the amount you can visit the resturants and most need a reservation. One more tip would be to get up every morning and make sure that you go and save seats at the pool and all you have to do is leave towels for a leisurely day and also to have a place to get out of the sun for a few minutes!
“Nice vacation in August 2010”
Overall I would recommend this hotel to budget minding travelers. Checkin was fast. We had our room in 3000 building - very close to the beach which was very convenient. Food was ok by AE standards, nothing exciting but not that bad either. Beach was very good (can't say anything about pools, though). Special restaurants DO NOT require reservation (low season?) which we especially liked. Best one is Brazilian.
“Great place...”
Hotel was great. Pool is beautiful and ocean is a hop, skip and jump away. Service is friendly and upbeat. Very relaxed atmosphere. Always something to do or see. You do alot of walking between the three hotels. There is a trolley but sometimes you wait a good 10-15 minutes and towards the evening the trolley gets packed. If you don't mind walking then no problem. Totally would go back.
“A Hotel to stay and come Back”
It was a short stay as we had to change of Hotel as the fist one was impossible to stay. Grand Paladium complex is a wonderful experience and really you feel good everywhere in this big complex, we went throught it all and really you can choose any of the four hotels in it to stay, The food was very good at all the restaurants, the buffets are very completed you can find any type of food, the service arround the hotel is very polite and efficient, and nearly all of the personal speak english and quite good.The royal Turquesa Suites are really wonderfull good place to spend a Honey Moon, The beach is very nice and we could find places to stay in the shadow at any time, the options of pools to choose are very good, what you have to be attentive and ask arround are for the attractions as sports games, at the field or at the swiming pools may be this it is not good inform to the hotel guests.The complex is cloose to a small village call El Cortecito, very interesting to go and visit nice places to have a drink and eat good local food and good restaurants you can go walking from the beach is shorter way. We are planning to go back next year and come with friends, really it was a very good and clean, and wonderfull Hotel to stay.

THE GRAND PALLADIUM WAS A GREAT HOTEL. I WENT WITH THE REVIEWS OF PREVIOUS GUEST AND YES IT WAS WONDERFUL EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID ABOUT THE HOTEL. THE MOST WONDERFUL THING ABOUT THIS PLACE BESIDE THE COMPANY IS THE GREAT SERVICE, FOOD AND MOST OF ALL ENTERTAINMENT. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE BORED. THE DISCO OPENS AT 11 AND TRUST ME THEY PLAY A GREAT SELECTION OF MUSIC WHICH IS WONDERFUL. I JUSTLOVE TO DANCE SO THIS WAS MY KIND OF THING. SALSA, ,MERENGUE, BACHATA IF THIS SOUND LIKE YOU KIND OF MUSIC I RECOMMEND IT. GO HAVE FUN AND REALLY ENJOY WHAT THIS HOTEL HAS TO OFFER WHICH IS A LOT. I AM DEFINATELY GOING BACK. LOVED IT

This was a great place to stay, there were plenty of activities and entertainment. The food was good and the resort is very clean and well kept.
