“Greatest Dominican Destination”
Everything about Paradisus Punta Cana was amazing. From the food, to the service to the decor. They had so many restaurants to choose from and the food was so good at every single one. We especially loved the Japanese themed "Sakura" since we got to sit at the hibachi grill and watch the chef cook and we loved the American themed "Terra' so much that we went there to get steaks two nights in a row. Since this was an all inclusive resort we went to a few of the bars and I have to say the service was so quick and the staff made sure you were having a good time. We stayed in the 'Reserve' and loved all the design elements of the decor. The Gabi restaurant and bar had such an airy and open feeling to it that we would hang out there in the evenings. My wife and I have already started talking about returning to Paradisus Punta Cana.
“Surprisingly great”
First, booked flight and hotel and transfers through Expedia and was surprised how easy it was, representatives called before the trip and execution of all I planned was perfect. Your travel experience will only be as good as you are a traveler. The hotel was amazing however if you dont understand that simple tipping goes a long way, your experience may be slightly different. We had a private concierge who was AMAZING at ensuring all our needs and wants were taken care of. This resort allows for all budgets but you never feel 'different' by this. All in all, was a great trip, great hotel and booking experience.
“Good for adults only”
I highly recommend it for couples. not much to do for kids
“Paradiusis punta cana”
It was beautiful. The staff was amazing and made sure to accommodate you as best as they could. Only problem was that room service and house keeping was extremely slow. Room service took me 3hours to deliver menu. After Waiting we finally cancelled the menu because we were way too hungry. But it was a beautiful stay and would give it a 5
“A great first time experience!”
It was fantastic stay , staff are nice and very respectfull , foods are great.
“You won't regret it!”
The hotel was more than I expected: - The rooms have a good size and you are able to control your own air conditioning or open the large windows and enjoy the fresh air, but even though it was in the descriptions, I did not have an fan in my room. - The facilities at the hotel are very well maintained. - The staff is very amiable and friendly and rarely say no, it may take you a while to get what you ask, but if you ask kindly, you may be transferred or you will speak with a few people, but they eventually help you. - There are plenty of activities to do during the day if you choose to, or perhaps if you prefer to lay under the sun, there are plenty of beach chairs. - The food was ok, they have some really good restaurants, but I recommend “Romantico”, and even though you have to dress up, it is worthy, and I also recommend “Fuefo”, however, it is not included as part of the hotel, it is a must go.
“FANTASTIC!!!!!”
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VACATION TO EVERYONE. IT WAS FANTASTIC AND MY 3 YEAR OLD SON HAD A BLAST..
“PARADISE”
been here 3 times and still can't get enough! Highly recommended!
“I cant wait to go back!”
Staff was very helpful and refreshingly friendly. Resort was beautiful and had everything you could want on a vacation. Restaurants were all great. Beaches and pools spectacular. We went with several other couples and all but one said their rooms were great.
“Unbelievable Honeymoon”
This was by far the best vacation of my life. The staff waits on you hand and foot. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I recommend you take ones so that you can tip the bartenders and room service guys. The Royal Service is a definite plus. If you want wine or a jacuzzi at any time of day/night, don't be afraid to ask your butler. The horseback riding was fun, but be prepared if you're not used to it, you will get a little sore. I recommend wearing pants while riding. You need to make reservations a few days in advance at the French and Japanese restaurants. I think the Italian restaurant is by far the best, but you can choose for yourselves. I highly recommend this place, especially for honeymooners.
