“Excellent choice for Old Quebec”
Excellent choice for seeing the most of Quebec City. Staff were very friendly and helpful and if you get a deal on the room/breakfast combo, the buffet is one of the best we've seen.
“Amazing hotel and staff”
great hotel, location, and staff. The bar has a great location over the st.Lawrence.
“romantic get away”
We loved our stay! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.Really romantic place to stay.
“Service and luxury”
Excellent service! A great experience in a beautiful city.
“Perfect Family Vacation”
I particularly found the staff to be warm, gracious and courteous to us. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
“staying in Quebec”
excellent hotel. everyone was friendly and could speak English to us. Loved the seafood buffet.Hotel is beautiful.Everyone should stay here at least once in a lifetime.
“Loved Quebec!”
We got a great rate with breakfast included. The room was very large for a city hotel. Furnishings and fixtures were updated; staff was incredibly gracious. Highly recommend.
“The best”
The Chateau is a little more expensive than other hotels, but the whole experience was worth every penny. I don't know if I can afford to stay there during summer, but that is my new hotel for the winter time. It is hard to say what I liked most: valet, bell boy service, reception, room service, spa, pool... tough choice
“Hotel Frontenac Review”
The staff of the hotel was all very helpful and eager to assist in helping to make my families stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is very picturesque and has original history that takes it back to the days of the early railroad. The rooms although small are very European in their design and ambience. The hotel affords tremendous views of the St. Lawrence River from its bar area. The hotel location is situated as such that it is within walking distance to most of Quebec Cities main attractions such as the military Citadel, several museums as well as the upper and lower original walled city. The shops contained within are very nice and for those of us that enjoy coffee there is even a Starbucks should one get homesick for the states. The workout area located on the sixth floor has some very nice equipment that is available to assist in keeping you fit during your stay.
“Chateau Frontenac”
the hotel is beautiful and the location is wonderful for being able to walk all around Old Quebec and even up and outside the walls of Old Quebec. The room was very clean and the staff friendly.
