“Only 15 minutes from old Quebec.”
Four of us(two couples) stayed here for two nights in early August, 2010. We played the golf course twice even though it is expensive. You have to use a cart after 10 a.m., and to walk and play 18 holes before 10 a.m. it is still expensive. The pool is nice but small but hardly anyone used the weeked we were there. The restaurant is also expensive and the portions are small( I think it is a Quebec thing). It would be nice to find a Keg restaurant nearby. Well, a least the beer is cheap.
“4 Points Sheraton FANTASTIC”
Beautiful hotel. Only 8 minutes north of the old city of Quebec. Fantastic rooms....clean...spacious. Beds were great! Hard and luxurious. The pillows were wonderful and the bathrooms were amazing. An absolute gem of a find on Expedia!! I highly recommend this hotel.
“Very friendly staff”
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff were very courteous the entire time we were there. It is a rather new hotel and the street and the hotel itself can not be located by GPS. We ended up calling long distant from our cell phone to get the direction. We also liked the menu offered from both the restaurant of the hotel and room service. Room was spacious and clean.
“Enjoyable Stay”
The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. The personnel at the reception desk were quite helpful with directions and advice. The people could not have been better.
“Very nice Hotel”
The hotel is very nice and extremely clean. The friendly staff was able to speak both french and english and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent service and food...will go back.”
The hotel was beutifulo. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. My only regret is that I did not bring my golf clubs as they just opened a brand new 8500 yd golf course that looked magnificent.
“Very good deal”
Newly constrcuted or renovated. Everything was very comfortable and inviting. Everybody was really polite and helpful. Back terrace with outdoor ppol. Also a little sitting area back there with outdoor fireplace; very relaxing. The kids loved roasting marshmellows back there!
“good for stay not for breakfast”
Good Hotel in front of golf course. Nothing unusual except the restaurant for the breakfast which I think is annoying. The breakfast is good however, they have only two waitresses for all of guests and they are very slow . It takes about 40 minutes for them to serve the breakfast. Also I need some milk for my coffee and as I asked them several times finally I decided to go to kitchen and bring some milk for myself.

“Pretty good overall but a few sloppy spots to work on still”
Good but not great - they're still working on that. Phones in room didn't work for whole 3 days and they couldn't seem to fix the problem. Room not made up one day and french newspapers kept coming even though we asked every day for an english one. Only have one locker and shower room by outdoor pool (?) which is really just a bigger jacuzzi pool. Clean and comfortable though and staff were very friendly.
