“Pleasantly surprised”
We loved this hotel. The location in old Quebec is excellent. All major attractions are within walking distance. The continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a special treat. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.
“What a Place”
Great hotel right in the heart of old Quebec City. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We won't even look for a different hotel the next time we visit.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, good value. Our room had an LCD tv and a dvd player. You can borrow movies from the front desk for free! They will even make you popcorn!
“Great experience”
We went to Quebec City at the worst time... gusting winds of upto 100k/hr! We got to the hotel early and the staff were amazing! They upgraded our room and gave wonderful advice on local cuisine. I can't say enough about the staff - they were funny and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience - except the weather, ofcourse!
“Great Location”
If you are in Quebec City you must stay within the walls. This lovely little hotel is right in the heart of the old city. The staff went out of their way to book dinner reservations for us and assist us with our sightseeing. You can walk everywhere from this hotel and the breakfast basket is a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.
“One of the most charming little hotels i have ever seen”
Any one who will go to this hotel will be extremely satisfied i gurantee. First of all the hotel is situated in the best location in the old quebec city. its a walking distance to all major attractions. Second, the service in the hotel is excelent. the staff has been a great help in everything we need from restaurant reservation to recomending the best places to visit all the way to providing us with an umbrella when it was raining. I know that if i visit again i will defenetly take this hotel and i recomend everyone to do the same. you won't regret it.
“Great Location”
We were there on the Easterweekend,it was very cold. We liked it very much to come back in our nice room escaping the chilly cold outside. And we loved our "Picnic"-breakfast every morining... and the location is great...and...
“Very Nice”
Excellent location (main shopping/service street in old city) near many shops, restaurants, and pubs. On a "main" (2-lane) street, but very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very large (almost too large) and had apparently been recently rennovated. Very nice lounge area with fireplace, games, and books. Coffee maker in room (nice selection of teas available at desk). Breakfast (croissants, juice, fruit cup, cheese) placed in a basket and hung outside your door in the morning. Overall excellent, especially for the price. Did not use the parking, but a car is not needed in Vieux Quebec.
