“Very nice to stay!”
Staff were very friendly.
“Great hotel in Queenstown”
Very nice facilites. Great views. Very helpful staff. We would happily return here.
“Great hotel - would stay again if I were to go back!”
We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 days, after taking a break for Milford Sound in between. We were out on our honeymoon and loved the hotel. The staff was very courteous, and upgraded us when we told them about our honeymoon. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the views were fabulous. The hotel is a little walk away from the town center, but that is not an issue at all because of the free shuttle between the hotel and the town. We didnt eat at the hotel (except for one breakfast - and they gave us complimentary breakfast coupons too! - Buy one get one free) so cant say much about that.
“Like Colorado”
The hotel is very much like the ski lodges in Aspen and Vail and was very confortable. We stayed there Oct. 1-4, and it snowed in town for only the second time in the season! The trip to Milford Sound is well worth the time it takes and is spectacular! We went the first day of our stay and were glad we did, as the following day the trip was cancelled due to the snow.
“Nice”
The hotel is nice, just not the most convenient location.
“Will definitely recommend”
This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful setting - quiet hillside above the town. Rooms are comfortable with great outdoor patio space. Wish more had lake view - worth requesting or upgrading for lake view when making reservations.
“Very good experience”
Excellent service, very nice location.
“Ideal in Queenstown”
We stayed in a large room with a concertina divider with 2 adults and one teenage child and everyone was very comfortable. Whilst we would have preferred a lake view room the view of the snow capped mountains was more than satisfactory - perhaps next time we'll get the lake view. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and welcoming; they are a credit to the hotel. We thoroughly recommend the Heirtage Queenstown to any prospect visitors.
“A delightful place. We enjoyed everything”
I tell everyone about our stay
“Nice Stay”
Enjoyed our stay... loved Queenstown.
