“Simply fantastic!”

The hotel location is superb and it has gorgeous lake view, very close to the city center and convenient to get to a lot of nice restaurants and Pantagonia ice cream shop, the crews are also very kind and helpful. we definitely will choose it for our future trips.

“great hotel and the BEST location in Queenstown.”

Amazing hotel...not my first time to stay in Novotel as I always stay there...excellent location and great hotel, but the internet is not free, I only used it for less than an hour and I was charged 14.90 tooooo much for minutes usage of internet. Although, I would stay there again.

“Great hotel”

Great Hotel. Clean rooms. Perfect location in the center on town. For breakfast - skip the buffet, it so-so. There are few good places around. Overall - I would recommend it.

Great place, comfortable and convenient to Queenstown. Fantastic that you don't have to drive to the shops and restaurants. Lovely location, fine place. Definitely go back and stay there, as not too pricey either.

“Felt like home away from home”

Well located with friendly helpful staff. All our activities were booked with efficiency and enthusiasm by the staff on the information desk. Valet parking was good value and very little notice required. But we did not need the car except to visit a spa outside of Queenstown. The name "lakeside" is a little misleading, we could not see the lake from our room and no other rooms seem to face the lake but it is very close. We were sad to leave as this hotel felt like a home away from home and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to Queenstown in the future

“Unbeatable location and exceptional customer service”

Location was great - on the lake, one minute's walk to the centre of town and all the tour companies we used picked up and returned us to the hotel door. The service provided by hotel staff was also outstanding - recommendations and suggestions for tour companies, eateries and shopping. The tag system for storing ski equipment worked very well too and meant that our gear remained secure and undamaged but was accessible 7.00 am till 11.00 pm.
