“Back again”
As always things are in order the staff is more than friendly. The room is perfect . I will be back next week for 6 nights
“Great for the money”
Small room for an extended stay type hotel. But it was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was nice to have microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. A/C kept room comfortable. Great option if you don't want to spend a lot.
“One night stay...”
I wasn't expecting anything great, but the hotel staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful... The hotel is in great condition and so are the rooms... I will stay here again next time in Raleigh...
“Comfortable and inexpensive”
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a convenient resturant right across the parking lot. The hotel is an easy commute to Research Triangle.
“Will stay again”
The room is great for the price. No bathtub, but shower is fine. No shampoo, but they have a kitchen which is great. The people are extra friendly! Try to help anyway they can.

I stay at Crossland when I am in the area for business. The experience was great as usual the management and staff were cordial and helpful as usual. I look forward to my next stay.
“more than worth the money”
If you are looking for a place to stay that is not fancy but not expensive this is the place. It is convenient to Durham.

Bed covers had holes and the drapes. Gun shots early in the morning of 5-17-09.

This place is geared more towards a longer-stay, our room had a little kitchenette. Still, even though we only stayed for one night, it was very pleasant and clean.

I read the reviews and was a bit unsure, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The room smelled better than the 4 star hotel I stayed at in Atlanta. The room was not too small, the beds were okay for a night and the microwave, stove, fridge and laundry facilities were exactly what my family needed. I would recommned this hotel.
