"TV was broken. Shower was broken. They had other rooms. Refused to call maintenence or switch rooms and I'm still waiting to hear on a refund. I'm infuriated. The staff literally said "well what do you want us to do from the desk"....your Job. I want you to do your job."

"Our room was not cleaned when we got there at 3. They did let us park which was great but came back at 4:15 and still not ready. Very kind lady at desk I think her name is Karen really apologized . We had things for the fridge and unloaded the car and sat outside the room until staff was done at 4:30. This was our first visit to that hotel so didn’t make a great impression. Thanks"
