“Good for the price”

This hotel was O.K. for the price. The rooms were clean and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the large pool. Was not impressed with the "hot buffet style breakfast". My ideal of hot buffet style breakfast is grits, eggs, bacon or sausage,omelets, etc., not just breads, (donuts, bagels, waffles).

“Functional, but dowdy”

Front desk staff was friendly and allowed us to check in about 90 minutes early as our room was ready. Lobby area and lobby restrooms were clean, neat and attractive. Best word to describe room is "worn". While clean, the bathroom had a dull and dingy appearance with older fixtures. Two small bars of soap were provided but no shampoos, etc. Rug, spreads and other furniture definitely showed their age. While they appeared freshly laundered, the spread, sheets and blanket all had permanent stains. The blanket was worn and nubby looking. The room did feature a recliner chair. The tv received 14 basic channels but the dish went out for a while with a mild thunderstorm. The continental breakfast did not exist although there was a little room off of the lobby with a coffee machine, juice dispenser and an ice machine. We never found any vending machines nor was there another ice machine reasonably close to our second floor room. There was computer access on one terminal in the lobby. Motel is located close to the interstate and is surrounded by numerouse restaurants and stores.

For the money, the room is tough to beat. Whilea bit dated, the rooms are clean.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay overall. I have no complaints.

“Wouldn't recommend”

This place is right next to an old, vacant apartment building with broken glass and trash all over the parking lot. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is in serious need of maintenance.

Hotel seems to be family owned by people from India. Not friendly, nothing was suggested or offered (ex.: breakfast). Ice machine in 'employee only' room. This Hotel needs a serious makeover inside and out. At least we didn't see any bugs.

“Worse customer service”

The lady in the night shift at the front desk was very rude, wouldn't allow me to use the lobby guest computer to chheck on my expedia reservation since I wasn't checked in yet. Not helpful at all.

“very disappointed”

the bathrooms were so dirty we never walked around the room without our shoes on. the plaster on the bathroom walls was chipped and falling apart. the bath tub would back up with black water when shower used. the bedroom curtains had tiny holes in the fabric so in the morning you could see the sun shining thru the holes. my brother was in the room next to ours and his room was ub worse shape then ours. we have called the compliant number and was told we should hear from the hotel within 7 days. it has now been 10days and no word yet. this room is definately not worth the money
