“great”
Great place, very clean, and lol even the hallway made you feel cozy, I would definitely go back
“Richmond Value”
Almost new hotel so eveything was perfect. Service from/to airport was timely and friendly. Breakfast area was well managed and had great variety. Price was relatively low so a good value.

airline tickets rental car and hotel were all booked and there were no problems with anything.

This hotel was great!! All the people at the front desk were very accomodating, the shuttle helped me out immensely, and the breakfast was great. :)
“I wish I could keep the place a secret!”
After a full day a a local theme park. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was easy and the place is very clean. This is one you hate to tell everone about, just because you want it to yourself!
“Great Airport Hotel”
Staff is good and the hotel is in great shape. The furniture and rooms are totally modern and actually have nice tvs and furniture. I arrived in the evening, worked out in their little exercise room (which actually had some free weights) and then swam laps in their (half-size?) pool for like an hour. Totally great. Its an airport location so there isn't much to do right in the immediate area. But if you're into decent chain restaurants (not fast food) they have plenty within walking distance (or only a short drive). I hate chains, so I headed to Cary street (downtown) for a walk down the historic cobblestone street and found several great looking, independently-owned, restaurants there. Breakfast is ok (no ham, eggs, sausage etc.). They did have a not-so-hot folded omelet thing. But plenty of juice, bagels, cereal, waffles etc. So you won't starve. Over all, I was impressed.

only thing missing was a good shower head...for a new hotel the shower head was surprisingly dated & small & low water pressure. other than that EVERYTHING was great!

“A great place to stay near RIC”
The Hampton Inn near Richmond's airport exceeded my expections. The front dest was very helpful. The room was great. The bathroom was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. I love the free wireless, the business center, and the (more than) continental breakfast provided. Perhaps I'll need to look more to Hampton Inn during my future travels.
“Good value”
Hotel and accommodations were great. The staff needed a little better training because they forgot to clean our room once and knocked when the do not disturb sign was out.
