“Thanksgiving company”
Went to visit family out of town and made reservations here for our sons and their girlfriends. What a beautiful place! Room was exactly as it appeared online, huge and comfortable, VERY CLEAN which was important to the girls. They had a great exerience, said the staff was very nice.
“Very Impressed with Hyatt Place Hotel”
Was very pleased. Hotel personnel was the best. Made you feel as a guest in their home. Would definitely stay there again. My room was spacious and beautiful.
“One nite stay”
Room was 'roomy' and clean with lots of amenities. "Excellent, comfortable,affordable." - the wife. She also said that it was the best place she had stayed in - ever! . . . and we have stayed in a lot of places. The continental breakfast was good. The cost of regular fare was pricey. We stuck with the continental breakfast.
“Consistently A Great Place to Stay”
4 stays and this hotel has consistently great service. The meal / coffee / drink bar in the lobby makes it so convenient to grab something quick. The rooms are clean and have all you could need, and the staff is very friendly and concerned that all is as you'd like. No complaints here.
“A diamond in the rough”
I was pleasantly suprised with the hotel. Great room, clean and comfortable with a mini-kitchen, work area, couch, bedroom and bath. Friendly staff. The only negative were that my "non-smoking" room had a faint odor of smoke and that the "gym" only had 1 bike, 2 treadmills and one eliptical. I plan on going back my next time to Richmond.
“GREAT PLACE TO STAY”
It was a great experience. The rooms were great and beds were really comfortable. The room had a large flat screen TV and they had some great channels. Breakfast was also great including fresh waffles (make it yourself) with strawberries & whipped cream. It was a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

“Great place to stay in Richmond”
We chose this hotel because it was close to friends we were visiting. The staff were very nice and helpful. Every staff member we ever saw said hello and wished us a good day. We needed a crib and one was waiting for us when we came back to the room. The breakfast is really great, and the Starbucks coffee just made it better. The big screen tv was fun. Overall just a really good, solid hotel stay.

This just redone hotel just needs more customers. Stay there while its still a secret.
