“Wonder Experience”

It was awesome!! We were there early and the staff made us very comfortable until there was a room available. I use assistive devices to get around and we were upgraded to a handicap accessible room. The hotel is beautiful and my husband was able to push my wheelchair right over to the University with no problem. If my daughter ends up at U of R, you will be seeing us again!

“Excellent hotel for both business and pleasure”

Very nice, clean and cosy hotel. Great rooms, especially if you are luck to have a view towards the river. The studios are very nice with the kitchen and roomy closet. The only thing, which is kinda of untrue about its presentation is that they have a food store inside. It is actually more like a cupboard with ready-to-serve meals, sandwiches and sodas. No mini bars in the rooms, so you better buy something in advance.

“Great place to stay”

Hotel was very clean.All the staff were local,friendly.helpful.We had a view of the river.The room was big,had a big frig.big microwave and a dishwasher!2 big screen tv's.When in rochester this is where you want to stay.

“Fantastic Hotel...Fantastic Price!”

The hotel was new and very clean. The lobby and rooms were modern and very inviting with great views of the river and U of R Campus. There should be pictures of the pool on the web site because it was great! Large windows overlooking the river...it was relaxing. We were the only ones using the pool the entire weekend we were there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We visit family in Rochester often and will definitely stay here again!

“Clean and convenient”

Very convenient to the University. Had a decent breakfast. Desk staff very good, but understaffed. Had a beautiful view of the river, a comfortable bed, and was very clean.

“Best nights sleep”

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was so clean that it looked as though no one ever stayed there. The only problem was that we arrived at the airport before 11pm and couldn`t be picked up by the shuttle because there wasn`t anyone extra around to perform that task. The only other issue we had was that our phone did not work so we couldn`t have wake up service.

“I would stay there again”

This Hotel is located in a walking distance to Universtiy of Rochester. During the vist to my daughter who studies at UofR, Stay in this hotel. Hotel /room is very clean, nice breakfast, close to school as well as stores, restaurants etc.. I will stay here again.
