“Three Coins In A Fountain..........”
and wish to return, not only to Rome, but to the Albergo Cesari!! This was everything that has been said previously and more!! The Hotel, the room, the food, the facilities and all staff, cannot be faulted, and we would highly reccommend it to anyone!!
“superb!”
This hotel is a gem! It is situated 5 mins from the Trevi fountain, and 5 mins from Pantheon. Rooms very clean and staff friendly. This Hotel is one I shall be using again.
“Excellent choice....”
If you are looking for a hotel right in the centre of Rome, with friendly staff and clean accommodation then this is it. This hotel is in between the side streets to the Pantheon in one direction and Trevi Fountain in the other and then also equi-distance for walking to the Vatican and the Colloseum - would always recommend this hotel, lovely staff both helpful and friendly. No particular window views but hey you're only in it to sleep and bathe - excellent.
“We loved this hotel, especially the rooftop terrace”
This hotel is in a really central position and it is so easy to get around. I have been to Rome three times now and this is definitely in the best position for visiting all the historicsites with plenty of places to eat close by. The rooftop bar is wonderful and this is where breakfast is served every morning. The staff and very, very friendly and very helpful. Only hotel in Rome we have stayed and had tea/coffee making facilities with milk in the room, plus a free bottle of water every day. Really loved it and will book this hotel again.
“Wonderful hotel!”
Perfect hotel for first time visitor to Rome. Location is easy to find and central to all the highlights. Five minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon; short walks to Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona; nice restaurants everywhere close by. English-speaking hotel staff was so helpful and friendly; breakfast on the terraza was excellent. Rooms are not large but beautifully appointed with nice bathroom and plenty of closet space. I was thrilled with this hotel. Taxi or car to and from airport costs 40-55 euros each way and takes approx 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
“Reasonably priced hotel and great location”
You can't beat this location - 5 to 10 minute walk from major attractions, pleasant and courteous staff, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Rome.
“Excellent hotel in the heart of Rome”
Nothing over the top about the room, but it was clean, quiet, had good A/C and shudders on all the windows which helped for keeping the room dark on sleeping in late days. Wifi worked in lobby, but was very spotty in the room. 1 minute walk away from the Pantheon.
“Nice quiet hotel near attractions”
Hotel was near the city attractions. We were in a front room and the rooms had were good windows and were quiet when the windows were closed. We stayed five nights and had good service and a very nice breakfast. Would recommed to all.
“Seems more like a 4-star than a 3-star hotel”
Fabulous location, walking distance to everything, very helpful staff. Nice spacious room with soundproof windows to block out street noise. Bathrobes and slippers: not bad for a 3 star hotel. Lovely breakfast and roof-top terrace although too cold for dining in February. Will definitely stay there again when next in Rome.
“Perfect position”
This was a perfectly placed hotel to walk to all the sites. Inside it was cool and well furnished. Our room was a family room and very spacious. We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and a after dinner drink and coffee. All the staff were very courteous. Having also stayed over by the Spanish Steps I think the Albergo Cesari was in a better position to just wander around Rome.

Navona - Pantheon, Rome, Italy: In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Romes most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Berninis baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon one of Romes great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
