“Good value.”

Our room was quite comfortable, but the absence of a "reception desk" or clerk made connections problematic. We are told that reception is being moved to a different floor and that it will be more traditionally run. Also, we were not made aware of our continental breakfast until we "snooped" into a closed room and discovered it.

“Rooms nothing like the pics on website - clean but very basic”

Hotel was central enough and rooms nice and clean but was really basic. I certainly would not think it was 3 star. Had lots of problems dealing with hotel -first night they checked us into another hotel as something wrong with our room. Struggled to get basic things for our room like two towels as no one at reception and when came back one day and they had locked another door before our room door and we couldn't get in!
