“Ticks all the right boxes!”
This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to Rome Termini and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom although compact, very serviceable with all amenities provided (most of the hotels we stayed in didn't provide shampoo, conditioner and tissues). Breakfast was provided in the hotel next door (accessed by a connecting staircase). The food was plentiful, good range and the staff were pleasant and efficient. The location of the hotel was excellent with the metro, regional and intercity trains all within 5 minutes walk. There was also a bus and tram stop nearby which made all the sights easily accessible. Definately will stay here again should I return to Rome.
“Impressive Hotel”
We only stayed one night in Rome, but this hotel was great. It was a very short walk from the train/metro station. Our room was very large, especially by European standards. The reception was welcoming and it was nice to have free Internet access. We had to leave too early to try the included breakfast, but we were very happy with the rest of the hotel experience.
“Perfect sight seeing location”
After spending hours trawling the reviews we settled on the Atlantico hotel. Reviews were accurate and it was better than expected. The room was huge and pleasant (dont expect contempary chic- this is an old fashioned but well maintained building). The location is perfect for the sightseeing- 15 minutes walk from the Collaseum, and then walking distance to all other attractions if you are moderately fit. However use the metro (2 min walk from the hotel) to get to the vatican- only 1 euro Only down sides were for me the breakfast is average although my husband thought it was good! You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel.
“Great location and great value”
The Hotel is two minutes walk from Termini Station, with fast trains to the airport, or across to the Vatican via the Metro. Large rooms, with good facilities. Very good breakfast included. Only problem we had was twin beds rather than the double booked. Offerred to change - but would have meant being further from our children. Great location for the main sights - most walkable within 20 minutes (Forum, Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps). Would certainly recommend
“Clean and friendly”
Although it's not the most central of locations, it was close to the termini which is nice if you are taking the train into the city. Rooms were clean with adequate space. Everyone working at the hotel was pleasant and very helpful.
“Excellent hotel”
Everything that you can expect from 4 star hotel. Every question or request was answered promptly and with personal attention. Minutes from trains, subway, supermarket, shopping, pharmacy, decent restaurants. The room is good size, quiet, clean, AC works fine, shower too. They have a restaurant up on the roof, nice for after dinner drink and view of the city. Highly recommended if it is in a budget, but trust me, you need a good night sleep after consuming the beauty of Rome.
“Very good value”
Good choice - nice big room, effective aircon, well stocked buffet restaurant. As we were travelling by train, an excellent location for us. Well satisfied.
“Excellent Location Paired with Great Service”
This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We have absolutely no complaints. The location was unbelievable. It was just right across the train station. Trust me, you will get lost in Venice if you wander around. Is a maze. We really appreciated the fact that we just needed to look for pointers to the train station. The room was absolutely gorgeous! The bathroom was done in such a tasteful and elegant manner. The owners really paid attention to details. What can I say about the service? It was perfect. Everybody was friendly. The breakfast was superb. If I ever go back to Venice, this is the hotel of choice.
“YES YES YES!”
This hotel was great. From when we first entered, they were very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very nice- big, clean. The breakfast is filled with goodies! Definitely stop by. The restaurant on the top floor has yummy seafood risoto and decor.
