“exemplary service and hospitality”
We arrived at Exhedra the day before the Pope's funeral. The hotel was 100% full yet our every need was met the staff responded to every need, restaurant recomendations, general inquiries etc. Our room was quiet, unusual for Rome and the roof-top area afforded a magnificant view of Rome, it was a pity we were unable to utilise the pool but it was too cold.
“Excellent Service - Best Hotel in Rome!”
This was certainly the best hotel in Rome. The hotel service was excellent, the staff were very polite and always willing to assist. The rooms were extremly clean and very comfortable. In particular, the hotel was filled with a fresh fragrance of candles, which was particularly pleasant. Our stay in Rome was made extra special thanks to the hotel staff. Many thanks and congratulations on such excellent service.
“Fabulous hotel with fantastic service! A Gem in Rome!”
After a three week tour of France and Italy, this was our last stop. What a way to go out! A short walk from the train station and convenient to many attractions. Our room was beautiful. The tall ceilings and crown mouldings make you feel like royalty. The concierge was extremely helpful with dinner reservations and arranging special transportation to dinner or the airport. This is a true 5 star hotel without an attitude. We will definitely stay here again!
“Completely professional, clean, high quality, quiet, pleasant in every way”
Hotel rooms beautiful; beds very good. Rooms large with beautiful big windows that show street scenes but windows block noise. Room furnishings are new, fresh, clean, high quality. Breakfast is lovely but expensive but no need to eat there as many local cafes for coffee and a pastry. Hotel staff helpful and honest about recommendations; made calls to check museum and local religious service times. Kind to our children; we used to spa only for haircut which was high quality; spa has a fee for use which was not clear in the literature. This is the only slight negative I could even think of mentioning. Lobby is active with local businesspeople; during part of our stay there was a table of sweets available for a pick-me-up. Car service to and from hotel first class. Great location, safe for walking, next to Ancient roman museum (mosaics do not miss), close to synagogue & ghetto, walking distance to forum (if weather is okay) and key sites. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend for all types of visitors. Bath totally comfortable; not large. If disabled request accomodations as bath would be an issue. We requested and received adjoining rooms with our kids. First rate in every way. Complimenti!
“Worth Every Penny Hotel”
Exedra Hotel was stunningly beautiful. From the marble lobby to the oversize interior room (without a view)it was impressive. The room, which was the cheapest, had a king bed, chair, desk, nightstands, and tv in an expansive area with a bar area also. The bathroom was all marble with a tub at least 6 feet and a separate shower stall, large vanity with double sinks and a separate area for the toilet and bidet. The maid checked everyday with us to see if her service was sufficient. The conceriege set up all tours and we had plenty of staff helping us right and left. The Hop On Hop Off bus through Green Line Tours went right infront of our hotel and I advise using them. Although the food at the hotel was expensive, we did receive at no charge a large fruit basket with pineapple, apples, bananas, strawberries and more. We never had to wait for a cab, and restaurants we suggested to us with directions if we walked. Although we had no time for the pool, we did see it and it also was beautiful. I recommend this hotel anyday and would stay there again.
“awesome!! :D”
when reviewing this hotel, the words awesomme, incredible and pure luxury seem woefully insufficient. My girlfriend and i are not normally individuals that feel the need to leave reviews, however in this insance we found it necesarry to make an exception. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed with the cleanliness. the room was very spacious, bed very comfortable. The bathroom was ace, with a great shower, bath, bidet and his and hers sinks. little warning with regard to the mini bar, if you move any items in there you get charged immediately and its very expensive, if you want to use it for your own water etc, we removed the ethernet cable from the wall at the back so they didnt know what we were moving... not sure they would have been too impressed if they knew that though. also you get charged immediately for the pay tv (none of it is any good anyway ;P) there is a spar just down the road for cheep booze and crisps and a few nice cheeky cafes too. we had an ace time, and would go back... if we could aford it!!
“The rooftop pool made the break”
very clean and comfortable surroundings very close to all the attaractions.
“Exedra”
A fantastic location and very impressive building. We were upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room on arrival, which was spacious and comfortable. Roof top pool and sun lounging area was brilliant and gave us a great place to chill out and work on the tan in the late afternoon, it has good views of the city, with its many domes and churches!Recommend you see the Capuchin Crypt with all the human bones decorating the walls and ceiling. About 10 mins walk from hotel. Also highly recommend doing the Segway tour of Rome. This is 3 hours of absolute fun and informative/easy way to have a guided tour of main sites of interest. No drink making facilities in bedrooms of hotel, suggest you take a mini travel kettle. Rome is expensive, but well worth a visit.
“Exedra, A Boscolo Gorgeous and Convenient”
The Exedra A Boscolo is absolutely beautiful- the rooms are very elegant and are in immaculate condition. The service is exceptional, the staff is very courteous, attentive and professional. Travel is very convenient from the hotel's location- it is just two blocks from Termini- the train station and a metro station practically runs under the hotel. ( Take cabs whenever you can- the metro is a bit scary!) The concierge will make any travel arrangements that you need- they even pulled up the train schedules for us so that we could arrange a few day trips. I definitely recommend staying here!
“Will always stay here when in Rome.”
This was a real luxury hotel. The accomadations were superb and the service was excellent. Its within easy walking distance of most attractions and the metro station right outside the front door gives very easy access to transportation. A lot of bang for the buck.
