“I definitely recommend it.”
Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Close to the Metro Station which takes you to the Center of Roma in 5 minutes I walked too and it was about 25 minutes from the Hotel to Piazza del Popolo which is in the Center, the hotel is even closer to the Vatican City. The Front Desk Managers were very helpful at giving me tips, maps. etc. All the other employees were polite too. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
“really nice place”
I love it very much. a bit far from subway but it is acceptable.staff are friendly, room is clean and the most important is quiet compare with othe hotel near termini station.i strongly recommend this hotel because rome city is small you only need to hold a roma pass which you can take subway to almost everywhere.
“Great for the price, convenient location”
Breakfast was good and the ladies that work there were really nice. The front desk had many rotations, some of them were willing to help, some didn't seem like they cared much. Overall for the price was a good stay, clean room, good shower and very convenient location for the places I want to see. I would stay there again.
“Its Ok. The people of the front desk was nice, Its good buy for the price.”
Good buy for the price. The front desk people was very professional.
“Great Location and Quiet”
Excellent hotel location just one stop up from St Peters on the Metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK - could have done with a full english though!. Only downside is Airport is a good way away. All in all though I'd recommend this hotel.
“You get what you pay for”
Most of the staff was very friendly, some of them were kind of rude. My room was very small, and there was no veiw out the window, it looked right at some access door for the cleaning staff. My room was also right in the lobby and next to a staircase so it was really noisy. Breakfast was great though. The room was a good example of you get what you pay for
“It was just okay”
the hotel was nothing impressive but it was a clean hotel at a relatively nice area of rome. the rooms were large and clean. it requires a tube ride or a fair bit of walking to get into the centre but it is not far given the fact that the public transport is cheap. there are some nice bars in the square near the hotel if you are too tired to venture into the city at night. the hotel's breakfast was very poor in my opinion. there was no cheese or ham on offer and you had to focus on merely bread, croissants and nutella and jam, corn flakes or cold hard boiled eggs. the breakfast room was also relatively small and sometimes there was no space to sit and had to wait for other quests to leave. the hotel offers no internet access and although it has a wireless connection it charges for 24 hours as much as i pay for a month's internet connection!!! i was very upset by this given that the city does not appear to have many internet hotspots. finally most of the staff of the hotel speaks english which is good but not all of them are willing to help you (although some staff members were very friendly and helpful)-helpf was more dependent on the person in reception rather on hotel policy. overall, it offers a fair service for the price asked.
