“A good deal”
The hotel met our expectations considering its price. Its central location close to all public transportation is ideal for tourist activities. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine.
“Great hotel. Excellent location,”
A few minutes walking from the Termine Station, but a quite location with a very good Staff. The breakfast could be bether, but it is not bad for the price.
“Extremely solid”
To avoid the potential problem of small European rooms, I paid a little more for a double and eventhough I never checked out the single roms, I'm sure it was worth it. The room wasn't gigantic, but certainly sufficient. It was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. The television only had CNN and CNBC in English - a bit disappointing. However, internet worked great. The staff was generally quite helpful and the breakfeast 'sufficient'. Most importantly, it was right next to the Termini station and for the price, was excellent.
“Totally satisfied, extremely well located near Termini, good restaurants nearby”
Staff went the extra mile in sending us back a sport jacket we had forgotten, simple buffet breakfast but excellent capucino café made to order in the morning, good service at the front desk
“Great Location, Great Price”
Great hotel... i had originally booked into another hotel but made a quick exit from there and booked into this hotel through expedia. It was the best move I made. Thew hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the train/ metro/ bus station. We were able to do unlimited travel everyday for 4 euro. We saw every major tourist site using the metro. It was so handy and major advantage of this hotels location. The staff were very friendly and approachable and best of all internet access is free for your entire stay. Breakfast was ok. I noted that breakfast in Italy is very different from what we eat in Ireland so I can't critise the breakfast. What was offered was normal and of perfect quality. The only criticism I had in relation to the hotel was the hard pillows....not a major issue considering all the other advantages that come with this hotel. Apparently there is also a spar shop nearby. I didn't search for it but also handy to know that one is nearby if you did need to buy something.
“Can't wait to go back”
I was impressed on how accomodating they were as to keeping our luggage after check out for a couple of hours.
“New Year's at the Piedmont”
I picked this hotel because of location and price and I wasn't dissapointed. The location is centric with the subway two blocks away under the train stain. The price is high for american standards but that is because the dollar is so weak overseas and we expect our spacious rooms and big beds that we get here in the states which you will not find over in Europe unless you go to Five Star hotels. The room is clean. the service in the hotel was fine. The hotel management was wonderful. They took care of our luggage for 12 hrs until our train left late in the evening. All in all, a great experience. I would go back. When a tourist in Europe the most important thing for me is hotel location and this one can't be beat.
“Hidden deprhs”
Interesting and relatively quiet neighbourhood, Would stay there again. The annex rooms are really well decorated and you can see if the no 75 bus is waiting to take you to Termini. Very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“A charming Hotel”
We would definitely return to this bright & cheery Hotel again. It's close to Termini and all the tour bus starting points, but in a quiet area with lots of good outdoor cafes. The Staff were very helpfull and the room was clean, quiet & well lit. Much to our surprise, a delicious continental breakfast in their elegant lounge was included in the room rate.
“Wonderful Staff!”
This hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It is reasonably priced and very cozy.
