“Great price/value literally 3 blocks away from Spanish steps”
The hotel is really good value for money, its clean, its comfortable and it even includes breakfast for a not so expensive price, on top of that is located in the very hearth of Rome.
“Small hotel, central loaction”
We went to this hotel in Feb 08, and found the service to be excellent, and the central location very convenient (4 mins walk from the Spanish Steps). The rooms were clean and the whole place looked as though it had recently been spruced up. I would definatley recommend this hotal as a practical base for those on a modest budget.
“excellent location”
very pleased with hotel. rooms small but clean and serviced daily. breakfast basic but good quality, and the best coffee ever. if i was going back to rome i would try to stay there again
“Superb value in ideal location.”
Best things? Friendly, helpful staff at all levels. Spotlessly clean and safe. And a very good breakfast - fruit juice, cereal, yoghurts, choice of sweet pastries or savoury rolls and cheese, and excellent coffee.
“Great view and location - lovely little place”
We had a view of the Silvestro Square and church from our huge window. There is really no way to beat that. The location was fantastic. Who cares if the room is a bit small, we had a wonderful time here and were surprised it had received negative reviews, walls were not paper thin at all.
“IDEALLY SITUATED”
It was ideal and very central for everything. This hotel has 64 rooms the only remark i would make is that it didn't have a lounge or a very big breakfast room which only seated 12 people. But cant complain you get what you pay for great for visiting Rome and very friendly staff.
“good things come in small packages”
Although this hotel is small with very small rooms, you'll find what you need: clean room, comfortable bed, clean and functional bathroom, friendly staff, good breakfast and EXCELLENT LOCATION! I stayed 3 nights in a single bed room. Although my room gave onto the street, I had no trouble sleeping (didn't need the earplugs I had brought). For the traveller that plans to visit Rome rather than spend hours in their room, this place is perfect!
“Small hotel, but great location, I would go back”
When we checked in the hotel did not have our reservations from Expedia, and we were a little concerned, but in the end he was able to find it somewhere in the Expedia system, and gave us a room. The room was very small, but was clean and for a one night stay it was completely acceptable. Beds were fine, slept like a rock after walking all of Rome. The location is great, its easy to find, and close to many restaurants and sights. The breakfast was more than I expected for a continental breakfast, but the breakfast room was extremely cramped. Overall I was satisfied and would stay again if I go to Rome. Good value.
“perfectly good”
I was totally satisfied for the price. very, very nice hotel staff. location is in a good neighborhood and very convenient but not tip top for beauty (it is off the square where the buses come in). Certainly not in the least unattractive corner all but not as scenic as some spots. however, again for the price, I was very pleased. there is an excellent grocery store nearby which was a wonderful bonus as I was able to get wholesome, inexpensive snacks-- best tomatos I've ever had from a store. all, in all, I think it was a very good deal Be aware that as is sometimes the case in even extremely nice european hotels, the room might be very tiny. my room was for just one person and in measured fewer than five feet wide. perfectly adequate but might surprise some people.
“Good central location”
I would use the hotel again
