nice hotel close to famous travi fountainPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: location great bathroom modern flat screen tv with usa stations real European feel clean and cozy
Cons: comfortable chair, in-room iron open rooftop penthouse in afternoon for lounging and coctails
Location: steps to trevi fountain, close to Spanish steps and Barbirini square easy walk to pantheon and great shopping. near bus stop and metro
room small but well appointed modern hot shower hairdryer nice extra. WE walked to lots of sites streets can be confusing but full of bars and small eateries. Close to bus stop. Staff helpful and spoke very good English and lined-up tours to major sites with hotel pick-up. Roof top breakfast room with good city view was great way to start each day. Hotel had lots of old Europe charm

Vacation in RomePosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Nice cozy rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: Consistent hot water in the shower.
Location: Trevi Fountain, Capital building, Coliseum and Palatine.
Hotel Trevi group has many properties. My group stayed in a few of the buildings, and the rooms were cozy and functional. There was a bit of a problem with the lack of hot water in the shower, but that was cleared up. This is a nice area to stay in, as there are plenty of sights to see within close walking distance, and availability of taxis is excellent. Worth it for the money.

Not what we thoughtPosted Sep 18, 2013
Cons: better descriptions and true pictures of the hotel facilities, rooms and actual room locations friendlier reception staff
Location: Very close to the Trevi fountain. and the rest of Rome
the room was located a few streets away from the main hotel down a side street, although the room was clean it.was compact The breakfast room located in main hotel was very disappointing with no access to roof garden (as in web pictures) unfortunately we had to find another hotel for the rest of our stay

The WORST "hotel"Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The location is actually good.
Cons: Everything, starting with customer service.
No internet. Every day they said "something it’s wrong today and it's not working”; next day, the same. (I stayed 4 nights). Even if you buy the room that includes breakfast, they'll make you pay extra. The reason they gave, "We don't care what your reservation says; we only care about our log". The rooms are EXTREMELY small, no room for luggage. RUDE staff, etc. I have never had such a terrible experience. If I could give them a Minus rate, I would.

Nice hotel close to the Trevi FountainPosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Upon check in, we were upgraded to a small suite with a patio.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
Location: Great location & walking distance to numerous main sites in Rome depending on how far you can walk. (Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Borghese Museum, etc.)
Great hotel in a hidden location over by the Trevi fountain. Staff was great & spoke english. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, and quite a few sites. For the sites that are farther away, hotel is close to hop-on - hop-off bus location to get you around to the other main sites of Rome. (But if you are up for walking, you can easily walk to sites like the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Borghese Museum, etc.

Good LocationPosted Aug 31, 2013
Location: Almost on the Trevi Fountain. Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Vittoriano are all within easy waking distance.
Stayed in a separate building from the hotel. No lift and luckily we were on the first floor. The room was adequate and had just about sufficient storage. Clean bedding and towels and the room was cleaned efficiently every day but our last when it wasn't done until late in the afternoon. The hotel staff were aware of the problem but didn't point it out when we collected our key from reception. Although the square is very noisy this is not noticeable from the room. Very crowded except early in the morning with people looking at the Trevi Fountain. If you are up early you get t o yourself! Breakfast on the roof terrace was poor and we didn't bother after trying it the first day. The view from the terrace was of other roofs - I was expecting to see something more of the city Overall it was OK. We would stay there again simply because of the central location. Everywhere is easily accessible from this location

Location - Is excellent for the Trevie Fountain -Posted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: Location and staff were friendly - Although booking bus tickets through them could cause some problems s we did & the bus didn't turn up !!e
Cons: Maybe the Hotle should think about having a reception room - Reception very small & people coming and going not much room
Location: Location amazingly close for the Trevie Fountanin & local bus routes into the Vatican
Excellent trip location of Hotel brilliant, although bus times need to be double checked with Hotel - We paid 4 euoros deposit for a 15 euro ticket & the bus we were supposedly to get on didn't turn up - So although we were told the ticket would be valid for 24 hrs it was in fact one day only & we were messed around waiting on the buses - that we should have bought from the drivers - same price for 2 days !!!!! .

Excellent location, comfortable HotelPosted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: The room was very nicely decorated, with plenty of space as it was very big and modernly furnished. The bed was very comfortable
Cons: There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and breakfast was very cramped with little food choice.
Location: The Trevi fountain right opposite the hotel, the Parthanon just down the road and the Colleseum was just 20mins walk away- excellent location
The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions of Rome and very close to the Trevi fountain but not so close that you could hear the noise of the tourists.
